Ep. 12 I Order you, Suzaku Kururugi

I'm Back!!! And I decided to skip a the episode Knight due to alterations in the past few episodes. So to recap, Tohdoh wasn't captured during the Battle of Narita, Lelouch finds out Suzaku is piloting the Lancelot due to Conduit telling him and the Four Holy Swords including Tohdoh join the Black Knights.

Lamperouge Residence

Lelouch was in his room thinking about what happened yesterday. From what he saw, Conduit used some sort of ability to remove Mao's Geass and to make Shirley forget about her kidnapping. Lelouch even checked in with her in class and found out that she really did forget about yesterday's event. As for the Geass essence trapped in the bottle, Cadet told him that the bottle was transported to an organization called the TVA (Time Variance Authority) but is classified. He decided to have a conversation with the two as they both enter his room along with C.2.

Lelouch: Do you mind explaining what happened yesterday?

Conduit: What do you mean Lelouch?

Lelouch: Shirley doesn't remember about her kidnapping yesterday and you took away Mao's Geass. How did you do that?

Conduit: Ah, yes. You see Lelouch, it was all thanks to our... magic.

Lelouch: Magic? But that's just some fairytale made up for children.

Conduit: You can choose to believe it whether or not. But one is for certain we really used magic to help you in your little situation yesterday. You should've thanked us back there.

Lelouch: Hm... C.2. about Mao, how did you know him? And why does he have Geass.

C.2.: Before I met you, Mao was only 6 years old when I made my contract with him. He was an orphan who'd never known the love of a parent. He couldn't read or write and he knew nothing of good and evil. When I gave the Geass power to Mao, it isolated him. In his mind, I became his only friend and his lover, though I was still a perfect stranger. I'm the only one he even thought of as human. I was Mao's entire world.

Conduit: But the poor boy had to be put down for good.

Cadet: Its wonder the man even kept his sanity together even though his Geass was destroying his mind day by day.

Lelouch thought to himself for a moment.

Lelouch: C.2... I won't let my Geass destroy. I will conquer its power and bend it to my will... And use it to change the world. I'll fulfill your desire and my own. And I will complete the contract that he couldn't achieve. So--

C.2.: Lelouch, tell me. Are you trying to comfort me? Pity me? Or is this part of your obsession?

Lelouch: It's a contract. This time, it's from me to you.

C.2.: Very well, then. I accept your contract.

The two then shake each other's hand.

Conduit: Now then, Lelouch. I believe I have another state or urgency I must tell you about.

Lelouch: And what would that be?

Conduit then hands him a newspaper as he looks at the headlines.

Conduit: I'm afraid your friend Suzaku is still embarking on a dark path.
