His father nodded his head and Julian got up. He walked to the bridge which took him a half hour before he noticed the guards were chatting it up by the bridge. "Oi, dumb asses get your asses to the castle all guards are being tested for loyalty. If you find any of your shit friends in the guard bring them with you."

The two males stiffened hearing the prince before they rushed back to the kingdom. Julian then rubbed between his eyes. "Stupid guards." He muttered

It was fifteen minutes before he saw Salem with Ria on his back, Ria's eyes lit up seeing Julian. She soon jumped off of Salem's back and into Julian's arms, Julian held his arms out to catch her before he engulfed her into a tight hug. He then kissed the top of her head softly. "Darling I love you oh so much."

He made her look up at him before he kissed her passionately on the lips. "Darling you have no idea how much I adore the fuck out of you. I'm going to do whatever it takes to keep you happy."

"Well you've done a good job so far Julian." She said with a small smile

"Thank you love, I just want the best for the best woman out there for me. Now how about I show you around the kingdom darling? I can show you all of the places I've talked to you about. I want you to see with your own eyes everything I've ever talked to you about within the last ten years."

Ria nodded her head. "I'd love that Julian."

Julian then looked at Salem. "Mind keeping an eye on my father and the guards. Get Ria and I the moment you see or hear anything that sounds like the guards or my father scheming to get Ria and I away from one another."

Salem nodded his head. "Of course."

Once it was just the duo they went into the kingdom together as he spent the entire day and night showing her everything on foot. He wanted to be damn sure that she knew just how much spending time with her meant to him. By the time they reached the front of the castle Salem was waiting for them. Julian raised an eyebrow at him. "What's going on Salem?"

"The guards aren't pleased that you have chosen my partner as your significant other. They rally themselves in front of the throne room so you two cannot go into the room without getting past them."

"Salem I need you to take Ria inside and go to the floor above the ground floor. To the left and third door down is my room. Take her there and keep her there. I'll deal with the stupid guards."

Salem nodded his head and Ria went on top of him. Julian then kissed the top of Ria's hand softly. "You are my beauty and my life, without you I have nothing. So I will do whatever I can to protect you. Stay with salem in the room he's taking you in, I assure you that I will be there as soon as I can."

"Mhm, I trust you Julian. Just don't take too long okay?"

"I won't darling, I love you."
