Jungkook's eyes cracked open. he shifted, feeling Heaven's body pressed against him. He couldn't help but smile slightly. His blackened heart was filled with a warm sensation he couldn't suppress. The feeling of content from waking up with her.
As he gazed down at her peaceful face, he realized that this was what he been missing all along. The feeling of completeness, of belonging, of warmth and comfort that came with having someone by his side.
Jungkook gently stroked her hairs, his heart swelling with his love towards her. A sensation that went beyond the rush he got from orchestrating his flawless ruthlessness, or the thrill of making someone tremble at his mere presence.
Finally, he pushed himself up from the bed, leaving the peaceful sanctuary he had found in her embrace. He paused for a moment, placing a gentle kiss on the bridge of her nose, before quietly leaving.

As Heaven emerged from the bathroom, freshly bathed and dressed, she noticed Jungkook sitting on the bed where he had been absent when she woke up. He looked as if he had just returned from the gym, his hair damp and his cloths slightly rumpled.
At the sight of him, she involuntarily took a sharp breath. Her mind still reeling from the shock of yesterday's events and seeing him again only served to jolt her back to the harrowing reality.
Seeing her emerging from the bathroom, he rose up from the bed and approached her as if drawn to her.
As he closed the distance between them, she unconsciously took a few steps backwards, her movements mirroring the lingering tension in her.
Jungkook's jaw tightened almost imperceptibly at the sight of her retreating from him. He could sense fear in her eyes, a reflection of the turmoil that lay beneath her delicate features. But he didn't appreciate her retreating, especially after making it clear yesterday that he wouldn't tolerate any defiance.
With a swift motion, he reached out and grabbed her arm, his grip firm. He pulled her towards him, his expression darkening with annoyance "Stop with these worthless tries to get away from me. It won't help."
"Why are you doing all this? please, stop behaving like this" her voice trembled as she pleaded with him to stop this behavior, he is showing towards her from yesterday. Her eyes glistened with unshed tears.
Jungkook's expression remained inscrutable as he looked down at her. Without a word, he leaned in and pressed his lips against hers in a firm, claiming kiss. His arms wrapped around her, holding her close as he silenced her protests "Shh" he murmured against her lips.
Heaven whimpered softly and tried to push him away gently, her hands pressed against his chest. Her movements were hesitant, as she knew he had made it clear that there was no room for resistance or refusal. But the thought of submitting to him made her heart ache.
