Chapter 2

(A/N: Does anyone actually read author notes? Idk. Anyways....on with the chapter!)

Bens P.O.V

I put my hand up to my lip and felt a liquid run down, and it wasn't tears. I brought my hand down, only to see what I feared, blood. Danny's eyes softened as soon as he saw what he had done and pushed past James and knelt beside me.

"Ben, are you okay? I'm so sorry." He tried to put his hand to my cheek but I flinched away, scared he would try to hit me again. Tears welled up in his eyes. I stood up and ran out of the bus, not being able to bear the look on his face. I felt a sharp pain in my foot; I looked down, only to realize I had no shoes or socks on. I glanced back to see that Sam was coming out the bus, I couldn't let him see me! He'd just drag me back there. I hid behind black veil brides' tour bus.

"Ben?" I turned round to see Jake.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Listen, I'm hiding from the rest of AA. Can you help me out? Please?" I pleaded. He thought about it for a minute until he said;

"Sure...as long as you tell me what happened and why there's blood on your face." The idea wasn't the greatest but I guess it would have to do. He checked round the front of the tour bus.

"Right, Sam's talking to Oli right now so you can come in but you'll have to run."

"Kay."

"Go!"

I ran round and into the bus, just in time because seconds later Jake starting walking back to not look suspicious and Sam turned round and asked him if he knew where I was.

"No, sorry Sam. I'll tell you if we find him."

"Kay thanks. Bye." Sam walked off.

Jake walked in and said;

"So, what happened?"

I explained everything and at the end of it he just sat there. Ashley walked in with Sam at that exact moment. I glanced at Jake, silently telling him to make something up so Sam didn't get annoyed or angry at him.

"Oh, I err...found him, I was gonna take him back but he just needed to get a drink first."

I mentally face-palmed at how bad that lie was.

"Of course he did..." Sam replied. "Well, me and Ben have to be getting back now. Come on Ben."

"What if I don't want to go?" I answered, crossing my arms.

"Well, we have to and Jake and Ash are probably busy, aren't you." He glared at Ashley to agree.

"I, um yeah." Ashley said.

"Well then I'll just find somewhere else to go." Sam sighed.

"Ben, just please come on." He pleaded.

"No." I stubbornly answered. He came over and grabbed my wrist, pulling me out of the bus.

"It was great seeing you guys. Bye." Sam said to Jake and Ashley. He dragged me by my arm back to the bus causing many people to stare. Once we were in the bus he called someone.

"Hey. Yeah. I found him. We're back at the bus. Kay. See you in ten." He hung up.

"The others are on their way." I stayed silent.

"Are you gonna say anything?" I shook my head.

"Fine." We sat in silence for the rest of the ten minutes.

"Ben!" I looked in the doorway; James, Cameron and Danny were standing there.

"We're so glad Sam found you!" James said, and then his eyes darkened.

"Where the hell were you? We were worried sick! You could have gotten lost!"

"How would I have gotten lost in the warped tour grounds?" I asked.

"I don't know. But it could happen." He replied.
