a/n: hello babies!<3 it's been a long time, no? i missed you a lot hehe, i've been away from loss of motivation, and school! but im back to feed you children, hihi~ hope you enjoy this cute lil fluff story, also warn me abt any misspelling or grammar mistakes, love you all!

AND THESE FLOWERS.. THEY'RE.. FOR ME?

you recently returned back to Fontaine after your 4 month trip to Sumeru, eager to surprise your lover, a certain Hydro Archon. You strolled around the city, contemplating about what you should gift her.. Maybe jewelry? A necklace would be good... but her outfit would hide it. Or maybe a ring? But she was wearing gloves.. Ugh, i can't think.. Or maybe i should treat her to a meal? But., i've done that many times. Huh..

You walked past a flower shop, though since you had glanced at it, your head shot towards the direction of the little shop.. Ah, great timing! you sauntered over and entered the flower shop, the bells above you jingling softly, signaling your approach. The soft melody of the music filled your ears, sending you into a wave of delight.

As you strolled into the comfy shop, your eyes enlarged slightly at the.. Sheer amount of flowers and bouquets, Marcottes.. Rainbow roses.. Lumidouce bells.. Even a few flowers from other nations, like Sumeru roses.. Calla lilies.. This certainly is the perfect shop You're looking for.

"Welcome to Xinyi's floristry! shall i assist you in anything?"

the florist chirped, looking at you expectantly.

"Ah, I'm searching for flowers for my lover to surprise her, a variety of blue and white flowers," you said, walking over to the counter. "Hmm, blue and white flowers you say..? Can you give specific colors? Like, light blue.. Or sky blue.."

"Hmm.. Dark blue.. Sky blue.. And white."

"Custom or pre-made?"

"Custom."

The florist nodded and graced her face with that of a small smile, turning away to select some flowers, then turning back, presenting them to you. "Would these look good for your lover? Or would you like to change some flowers?" The selection was.. Gorgeous! From Romaritime flowers, to Lakelight Lilies, this was perfect for Furina! This florist is surely the best of all you've encountered, you're lucky for sure.. "It's perfect," The corners of your lips curled up into a soft smile, gazing at the endearing selection of flowers.

Whilst the florist carefully arranged the flowers into a bouquet, your thoughts trailed to the Hydro Archon, I wonder.. What would she be doing in her house? Maybe.. Having a tea party accompanied with Navia? Or.. maybe just cooking up some macaroni, she eats that all day, so i always cook for the both of us. I can't imagine the sickness that falls upon her from consuming macaroni for breakfast, lunch, and supper.. But no words shall escape my lips of the matter! But even so.. At Least eggs would suffice, but when i re-attempt at thinking, I think she would... burn the eggs. But at least she has a bit of knowledge in her!

"May I know the name of your lover?" The florist spoke, still working on the bouquet.

"Ah, Furina."

".. Lady Furina!? As in the.. Hydro Archon!? Oh dear.. You should've told me!"

"Ah, might I remind you that Furina isn't the Archon anymore.."

"Oh, sorry– I just forgot for a moment, since she's been the 'Archon' for the past 500 years.. It's hard to forget easily."

"It's okay, even i committed mistakes like that."

(mini timeskip)

"Here is your bouquet! It's an extra 10% as per custom-made, so your amount to pay is.. 2ok mora." ... you stared at the bouquet in front of me, almost dazed. The bouquet was definitely large, and each flower was arranged perfectly.. Not even a single flower had at least a faint bit of flaws, only resembling the one word, gorgeous. "Here, and keep the change. Your flower shop is certainly admirable, so perhaps I shall come back another time." you smiled.

"Thank you! Have a nice day!" The florist bid a goodbye as you walked out of the shop, the warm air enveloping your body. That felt refreshing... As you gripped your luggage, you walked through the streets of Fontaine, a definite contrast to the greenery and deserts of sumeru.

you eventually arrived in front of your shared residence with furina, ringing the bell. you anticipated for a moment till the door opened.

"And who decided to grace their presence in my humble abo-" Furina declared in pride, only to get interrupted, realizing who stood before her. "(n-.. (name)..?" Furina stuttered, dumbfounded by your presence and the striking bouquet of flowers. you were supposed to arrive a week later, but you'd rather come back now, show up unannounced, and see the look on her face!

"You're here.." Furina's lips curved up into a smile, hugging you. "I missed you, alot." She pulled away slightly, gazing at the bouquet of flowers. "And these flowers.. They're.. For me?" Furina looked up at you with her heterochromic eyes, her teardrop pupils that graced her eyes dilating. Her expression is one of happiness as she gazed into your e/c eyes.

"Of course. Otherwise, why would I buy this?" you said jokingly, chuckling. you handed her the bouquet, which she accepted gracefully. "Thank you, they're beautiful.. And certainly fit my preferences. I haven't come across anything like this before.. Where did you obtain it?"

"Oh, Xinyi's Floristry. It's a really pleasant place.. I'm astonished that there aren't so many people there." you commented nonchalantly,

"Xinyi? She just opened recently, and her shop is top-notch! Maybe she was about to close? Because there's no way she wouldn't have a horde of customers.." Furina replied, making ypu raise your eyebrows slightly. Maybe that's why it was a bit more pricey than other flower shops.. Like the one in Mondstadt.

"Well, atleast i didnt wait 'til midnight. Let's go in, shall we?" you smiled.

Once you both set foot in the house, you were greeted by the sight of Navia, Sigewinne, Clorinde, and Charlotte. From all the cups and tea and desserts, guess it's a tea party.

You're always surprised by how Furina buys so much stuff, thinking it would be useful, but as expected, her teacups and stuff are of good use.. For the first time in a while.

"Oh, welcome back, (name)!" Navia chirped, waving a little.

"Hi, (name)!" Sigewinne smiled.

"Welcome back, (name). How was your trip?" Clorinde asked.

"Hey! Weren't you supposed to come back a week later?" Charlotte asked, which you nodded in response. "Yep"

"Well at least you came early.. Furina's been eating macaroni all the time, so Navia decided to come over most of the time when she had time to spare, we wouldn't want missy to die of sickness from all that macaroni.." Charlotte explained, earning a light glare from furina.

"Well, im sure ill master dishes like "La Lettre a Focalors", or "Blubber Profiteroles"! I'm just- not inclined to do so.." Furina protested lightly, forming a childish pout as she rested her hands on her hips. Her white hair swayed lightly in every moment she did, her eyes gleaming under the bright lights of the ceiling.

"Come on, just admit that you cant cook, no judgment here!" Navia exclaimed, chuckling softly.

(timeskip)

you laid in bed, heaving a sigh as all the muscles in your back relaxed. There's really no place like home, is there? you watched as Furina sat on the edge of the bed, then lay down comfortably.

She snaked her arms around your waist, making me smile slightly. You pulled her closer against your chest, tangling your fingers into her hair. She nuzzled her head into your chest, deeply inhaling the faint scent from your body.

"You smell nice.." furina murmured, closing her eyes as she kept her face buried in you chest.

"Of course I do, just for you." you replied softly, yawning a bit. "Anyway, go to sleep. We're gonna have a long day ahead of us." you whispered, your eyes fluttering close as you held the snowy haired female in your arms.

"Goodnight, Furina."

"Night, (Name).."
