Hello everyone. This text will help improve your reading experience by explaining what some of the symbols you will encounter during the reading indicate.

Here they are:

* " ... " - This indicates the beginning and end of a speech.

Example: "Hi Carlos! How was your morning?"

* |...| - This indicates a thought.

Example: | When did he say that? I can't remember |

Note: You will also notice that the letters in a thought will be in Italic.

* "..." - - There will be moments when you notice a hyphen before or after a speech or thought; it indicates that the narrator is about to narrate or has finished narrating.

Example: "You know I hate it when you do that!" - He said while pushing his brother out of the room. - "And don't come back in without knocking first!"

* "...-" - The hyphen before the end of the speech indicates that the speech was interrupted.

Example: "I didn't know it would end like this, I apologi—"
                     "I don't care whether you knew or not! Stop thinking only about yourself!"

* ∆∆∆ - These indicate that minutes or even hours have passed.

[...] - These indicate an action performed during or a few seconds after the speech or thought.

Example: "Is this for me? How did you know it's my birthday? Thank you!" [Smiling]

Note: There will be times when it is not necessary to have a speech or thought before or after these symbols. Understand that they are meant to indicate an action in a few words.

Well, this is all I can remember that might complicate the reading. If you encounter anything unusual, please let me know in the comments.

Thank you for reading this part and I hope you enjoy the reading.
