Appearance: Without the luxuries of people in The Capitol, Caesar's looks have seriously deteriorated. His skin is grubby, roughened by coarse soap and blunt razors. He's got a swimmer's body, uncombed hair and dreary, grey eyes. For the most part, Caesar holds a monotonous gaze, seeming to be staring at nothing, yet everything.
Personality: Caesar thrives on his common sense and hidden tactical smarts. His work is purely physical, meaning during his hours of labour his mind tends to wander. He has developed incredible skills in analysis of others. Caesar has made relations with a lot of people he lives around and has no regard for others' feelings, using them for his own gain. His supposed confidence in the games could be easily demolished if rumor got out about his backstabbing and deceiving tendencies.

Weapon of choice: Given the choice, a knife. However, he would find ways to utilize most anything he can scavenge.
Other: As hinted at above, Caesar is a swimmer. In the small amounts of time he has to himself, he swims in the lake. Although cold and disregarding of others, Caesar has a strong connection with his mother, Tia. She will be the only person waiting for him with open arms if he returns from the games. Caesar isn't in the games to make friends, he just wants to go home.
