"Wait star I also have to ask some questions to you." I said stopping her from going out.

She turned back and hesitantly sat back on the chair.

"What do you want to ask?" She says slowly.

I intertwined my hands together and looked at her knowing very well it has an effect on her. I feel so damn good to know the amount of effect I have on her.

"Do you like me?" I asked straightforwardly honestly this was not even in my question list it just slipped out from my mouth seeing her.

"Wh-at?" Her eyes widened at my question. She looks cute!!

I just looked at her nodding my head confirming that she heard it correctly.

"No" She denied right on my face. Ohk that hurted a little though.

"Then why didn't you stopped me yesterday when I asked you for Dance?" I asked another question. True she could have denied me but she didn't.

"Because I didn't wanted to reject you infront of that person to whom you introduced me as YOUR FIANCE." She answers looking at me with a movking look.

No need to be that harsh lady.

"So why didnt you stopped me when I kissed your forehead?" I was so desperate to ask this question to her. Afraid that she might answer it like the previous one saying that she did it for him to see and it didn't meant anything.

"I didn't felt like it." She shrugged her shoulders. Now I know how she might have felt when I answered her like this.

'Who told you to be an ass then now bear it' My subconscious mind mocked me.

"Do you regret anything from yesterday?" Please dont say yes.

"No" Came her instant anwer.

I released a breath that I didn't knew I was holding from God knows when.

"I have a question though." She says spinning her chair a little.

"What is it star?" I asked trying to figure out her facial expression but her face was totally neutral.

"Did something happened yesterday at the party?" She asked raising a eyebrow.

Shitt!! Does she know about that. Nevertheless I tried to play cool and said "Nothing happened. Why?"

"You all were behaving a little differently so I though that something might be wrong." Hmmm she's smart for sure.

"Nope. Nothing happened." I said denying her.

"Ohk then. I am going." Can't she just stay?

I just hummed in response because if I open my mouth I will end up asking her to stay here with me.

I started to think about whatever that happened yesterday.

We both got down from the stage after dancing. Star went towards abhay who was smiling at her. He is a pain in ass.

"So how does it feel to dance with your crush?" Alex says teasing me.

"She ain't my crush." I said hopping that they stop for now.

"She isn't?? But your eyes says otherwise which are still on her only." Smith says following my gaze and looking at star.

I turned my face towards him and forced a smile before showing my middle finger and saying saying "Fuck off!!"
