𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙖'𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙫~

"What's the matter?" Drishti asked looking at me with suspicious eyes.

Well, right now drishti had kidnapped me from my bed and forcefully took me to her room saying that we need to "discuss" about something very important.

"What matter?" I asked getting confused.

She huffs and says "You are hiding something."

"About?" I said raising my brows together.

"About something. I am feeling like that. Is something off at office?" Drishti asked concern filling her eyes as she looked at me.

Hearing the word office I remembered about my hotty boss.

"You are blushing?" She literally shouted like a gorilla.

I kept my palm on her mouth not like someone is going to hear her scream her lungs out but still.

"Shush" I said taking my hands back from her mouth after she licked my fucking palm.

I rubbed my palm in her tshirt. She made an eww face while I just rolled my eyes at her.

"Ohk so what's with the office tara because now its very clear that it's something related to the office cause of your blush so don't you dare to lie to me now." She said threatening me at the last part.

"Ohk yeah so......." I stretched the word taking my precious little time in teasing her.

"So what bitch?" She said getting annoyed after I did not said anything for a few seconds.

"So you know my boosssss." I said dragging the words unnecessarily to annoy her more knowing well that she could beat me into a plump in the next second.

"That dickhead boos of yours?" She said looking at me with a frown on her face.

"Hey! Dont call him that." I said suddenly getting angry at her.

"Woah!! Chill--" Her eyes widened at the realization.

"Are you both in a-"  before she could finish her sentence I interrupted her and almost shouted "NO"

"Then what?" She said looking at me.

Then I explained her everything from the starting till today night.

"Hmm...so does he likes you?" She said keeping her hand on her face thinking something.

"He never said that though..but his actions does say that." I shrugged my shoulders while answering.

"Tara you know I am your best friend right? I will never say anything which will harm you." She said getting all serious suddenly.

I gulped and nodded my head.

She sighs and continues "As you mentioned that he is abhay bhai's enemy so he can turn out to be evil also. Maybe it's his plan to trap you and use you against your brother you know."

My muscles tensed up hearing the thing she just said. Only imagining the possibility of it coming true gave a shiver down my spine.

"See tara first be sure about your own feelings." She said emphasizing the word own.

"I don't know." I said suddenly feeling weird after thinking about all the worst possible outcomes.

"First you need to be clear about your own feelings tara and think wisely." She said with affection yet a warning still lingered in her tone.

I nodded my head and got up from the bed and went towards my room. I lied down thinking whatever drishti said about.

'Do I really like him? No no I dont like him. But if I don't then why do I let him touch me? Why do I feel so special around him? Why I always wants his attention on me? Why do I feel special whenever I am with him? Why does he makes me feel a whole freaking zoo in my stomach? But even if I like him what if he doesn't? What if he is just pretending like drishti said. What if he is just using me?'

My mind filled from all the questions.

"Arghh!! It's so fucking confusing." I said pulling my hair a little.

"Good morning tara." Drishti said giving me a light hug.

I just got out from my room when I saw drishti setting the breakfast table.

"Good morning." I wished her back with a small smile.

"You thought about everything?" She asked her face showing concern.

"Hmm. I did." I replied with a sigh nodding my head.

"What is it?" She said taking a sit on the chair.

"I will maintain my distance from him now. I can't risk anything just because of an attraction." I explained her.

She just nodded her head and patted my head a little.

After having breakfast we all went to our office.

"Good morning." Nicolas greeted me with a wide smile on his face.

I also murmured a small 'good morning' and tried to give him a smile. I came and sat down on my desk.

I don't know what is happening with me now. I have already accepted the fact that I like Tristan sir but what if he is just faking all of it? I can't afford to see my brother hurt in any kind of manner and if it meant that I have to maintain my distance from him I will.

I quitely sat down on my chair and started working on the special case for which me, shiv and nicolas were selected.

"Tara, boss is calling you in his office." Neva informed me.

"Why?" I said a little annoyedly.

Just right now I was thinking to avoid him as much as I can but this boss of mine just wont let me. Ugghhh!!!

"He said he wanted to discuss the case with you, shivaay and nicolas they both are already in the office so I came to call you." Neva said looking at me with a surprised look. Maybe because of my sudden annoyance.

"Oh okay. I am coming." Realization dwaned upon me that It's not possible to avoid him that too with this case going on.

I went towards his cabin and softly knocked on the door. After hearing 'come in' I enetred inside.

"Sit Ms.Ahuja." Tristan sir gestured towards the sit.

After 1 hour of discussion on the case and explaining all of our point of view and opinions we all left the office. I didn't made eye contact with tristan sir the whole while even though I felt him boring holes through my body with this intense stare.

"Let's have lunch guys." Shiv said and dragged both of us to the canteen.

"You both eat I dont have the appetite to." I said after sitting on the chair.

"What's wrong tara?" Nicolas said looking at me with concern.

"Nothing's wrong." I said avoiding eye contact with both of them.

"You are lost somewhere today tara. Don't lie. You look distant." Shiv said concerne being evident on his face.

"It's nothing guys. Just a little fever I guess." I tried to pacify both of them.

"You sure?" Shiv asked.

I just hummed not wanting to speak anything at the moment.

"Ohk but you have to eat end of discussion." Nicolas said in a no-nonsense tone.

They both forcefully made me have my lunch and after that I drowned myself in work inorder to not think about him.
