Sammy's pov
"Oyy! Sammy boy, we have rehearsals by 2pm be sure to be there, meet us at the studio" Binnie shouted as he passes my room
I am currently writing an intro for our new song "heartless" we still need to put some things together because we'll be going on tour soon and I need to work harder as well as my other band mates.
"I've been in helix for 5yrs now, honestly it has been the best years of my life being able to get our music all around the world. But most times I've always wanted a break, to just relax and clear my head" I think to myself as I walk towards the studio with 4 bottled water I carried from the mini fridge in my room.
"Thanks pup" Cha says as I toss him a bottle of water.
I gave the rest theirs to drink before we start rehearsing and recording
"Um guys, I wrote the intro but I don't know if cha will like to sing it" I say as they finished drinking their water.
"Sam, we have something to say as well" Justin says looking at Cha and Binnie
"We want you to sing the intro, we want something different for our new album this year" Binnie added
I was shocked to this announcement because I've always hidden the fact that I could sing because I didn't want much of the attention.
"Nah, it ain't for me, y'all know I don't do the front lines" I refused
"Nah mate! You're gonna hop in on this one for sure" Cha replied immediately
After 10 minutes of arguing who's going to do the intro, I finally gave in.
"Fine! I'll do it, only because y'all begged and worshipped me" I jokingly say as Binnie rolled his eyes to my reply
After 2hrs of rehearsals and recording, we finally called it a day and went to our separate rooms.
Our dorm has 4 rooms for each of us, a sitting room and a kitchen, its decorated plainly because we're not much of an art decor people.
After I crashed on my bed getting ready for a good nap, I heard footsteps approaching my door and a knock after.
"Hey Sam, manager just called and wanted to you to meet him at the Huxe. He said something about us renewing our contracts and wanted you to come sign yours first" Cha Called from outside
"Alrightttt-" I groaned hating the fact that I had to postpone my beautiful nap
I got ready and went downstairs to see everyone in the sitting room.
"I thought y'all were tired to do anything, why are you guys here?" I asked
"We're doing some family bonding " Justin replied
"Eww gross" Binnie gagged
throwing a pillow beside him to Justin
I laughed "I'm off" I said
"Let's go together'' Justin insisted
"Nah bro it's just few streets away, I'll drive there. You know Huxe is where our old studio is, so it's no biggie" I responded
"If you say so, man" Justin shrugged
"Take the car, it'll be faster than your bike" Cha said as he tossed me the car key of our highlander
"Thanks bro" I said, catching the key
I waved as I walked out the door
I started the car's engine and began to drive. On my way to the Huxe, I got a phone call, trying to see who it was I attempted to take it beside the driver's seat, suddenly it slipped and fell on the floor of the car...I tried to quickly pick it up while driving then
