Love is like a flame
It burns you when it's hot

Louis closed his eyes and was thinking to himself. He was thinking about Harry. Harry took him on a journey, not knowing where to go, and together they pull through. "But there will be a time I will be alone again," Louis thinks, "But I will never forget this journey." He doesn't want to think about losing Harry but there is still that voice in the back of his mind that keeps warning him to look out for any signs Harry might fall back into his old habits.
They have been going strong and Harry is really trying, and Louis appreciates all his efforts. So he can't be an asshole by letting these negative thoughts take over.

When Louis is lying on the couch cuddled into Harry's side watching a movie on Netflix, he receives a text from a friend. He smiles at his phone and sends a message back. Louis hears Harry huff and looks up at him. Harry looks annoyed. "What is it Harry?" Louis asks. "Oh, don't mind me, just go back to chatting with your friend or whoever it is." Louis doesn't know where this is coming from, but decides to ignore the comment from Harry. When he receives another messages he laughs out loud at the joke his friend send him. "Maybe you should go to your secret lover and fuck already, geez, we are trying to watch a movie and all you do is sending messages on your phone, I start wondering if you are sneaking behind my back with someone" he hears Harry say. Louis feels angry and shoves his phone in Harrys face and demands he reads the messages he has been sending. Harry tries to look the other way, but Louis is persistent. Reluctantly Harry grabs his phone and starts looking at the messages. The tip of his ears starting to get red, "I am so sorry babe, I don't know what came into me. I know you would never do that to me, I don't understand where that came from." Harry says. "I know you love me, and I love you, forgive me for my stupidity, Please Lou?" Harry says with a pout. Louis looks at Harry and presses his lips on Harry's, "it's okay honey, I know you didn't mean it. You know I would never do something like that." Louis says. "Yes I know you would never do that to me Lou, I love you." Harry tells him.

Sometimes Harry had to work late, but he always called Louis, he never lets him wait with dinner. Harry's job was very hectic at the moment, but he always tried to come straight home after work. So Louis didn't really worry that much. What puzzled Louis was the times Louis came home a little later than he used to from work, because his boss wouldn't let him go before he finished his reports. Harry would go overly possessive and jealous, and sometimes even accused Louis of cheating on him. Which was of course ridiculous because his boss was a man in his forties happily married to his wife and had two children. Louis knew for a fact the man was straight as a ruler.

Harry is glued to his phone the past few days. Now they are watching a movie and all Harry does is check his phone. Louis doesn't want to make a fuss about it, but he can't forget the last time Harry was on his phone all the time, and lets just say that are not happy memories for Louis. He wants to trust Harry, so he lets it slide.
Louis is getting a bit annoyed at Harry being on the phone all the time. So he decides to subtly mention his phone use. He is hoping Harry will answer truthfully and maybe show his phone to Louis, like Louis did to him. So on the next ping Louis asks Harry who has been texting.

"It is just my sister sending me some funny messages." Harry says. Louis hums and goes back to watching the movie. When Louis looks to his side he sees Harry is looking at him again, with that specific look in his eyes, and now Louis knows what that look is, it is guilt.
