Powers and abilites: everything chainsaw man has. Obviously the ability to turn into the chainsaw hybrid, as well as being able to use chainsaw cords to grapple onto things. He might turn into the chainsaw devil later in this story, not sure.
Also fire abilities along with the chainsaws, since fire+chainsaw=metal as fuck
