It's been days since you and her last fought, having quite the normal conversation afterwards. The chainsaw devil? How does she expect you to help her find it? Them? They? Her? He? Whatever it is. That busted through wall on your floor is in the process of getting fixed, maybe you got just a little too excited. Hopefully no one saw you do that. You went out and searched a good few miles around your campus for devils, but none were spotted. Those conspiracies have died down already, sinking and losing popularity in the forums it was on. You wouldn't be surprised if you go on YouTube in 10 years and see it referenced in some poor quality iceberg video.

You spend the rest of your day doing virtually nothing. You scour the news for anything about a devil being seen, but nope. You hate to think this way, but youre almost hoping someone winds up dead from a devil attack. Atleast you'd have something to do.

There's a knock on your door.

"..I could always just not answer it. What if its her?"

The person knocks again after a short pause. You lift yourself off your bed and walk through your bedroom doorway, then walking past the coffee table and couch. You put a hand on the doorknob.
