"IT'S ALL COMMON SENSE," I told the other girl as we walked side by side to each other, looking at each passing store. She had two bags in her hand, a 'Charlotte Russe' one, and a Forever 21 bag. I had four. All from Francesaca's, Tilly's, PacSun, and Aeropostale.

Could you tell we were stress shopping?

She groaned slightly at my response, "Well it isn't for me! I'm all new to this stuff, and all my first I'm having with him, he already had with you." She told me. I glanced at her for a moment, feeling guilt rush through my veins.

"I thought you two weren't dating," I asked softly, turning my head towards hers. She playfully glared at me, a smile she failed to hide plastered on her soft pink lips. I laughed softly before putting my arm in hers.

"We aren't. I'm not in a relationship, and I wouldn't chose Malachi to be my first." She told me. before seeing the food court and dragging her over to it.

I smiled softly at her, "Rule number 1, have fun." I told her out loud. She looked at me and raised her eyebrows in confusion.

"What?"

"You have to have fun. Don't get so attached to someone you could lose, trust me. I know from experience." She stared at me for a moment before looking away from me, staring ahead.

"Did Malachi ever say 'I love you' to you?" She asked. I glanced down at her when the topic circled back to Malachi. I could tell her own thoughts were stressing her out. I didn't want to answer her question and have her stressing more.

Malachi only said he loved me when he needed too. He wasn't big on that thing.

"When I'm stressed, Auntie Anne's cures me. You need their cinnamon bites. With a drink from the side, a mango smooth from only  Baskin Robins!" I exclaimed to her. She smiled at me, her eyebrows slightly furrowed back at me. I smiled before walking over to the familiar pretzel shop with her.

I smiled sweetly at the worker, "Hi, can we get--" I cut myself off, looking over at Freya. "Do you want to share?" I asked her. She stared at me for a moment before answering.
"Whatever you'd like." She told me. I shook my head before looking over back at the worker.

"Hi, sorry." I said with a small laugh, earning a smile and a 'it's okay' from the worker. "Can we get one of your Cinnamon Sugar bites?" I asked sweetly. The worked nodded his head, putting in my order.
"Is that all?" He asked with a smile. I nodded my head. Freya glanced at him and me, watching our movements with each other. Her eyes landed on the worker, making her squint her eyes ever so slightly.

"Yes, thank you." I said with a smile. He glanced up me when I did smile, before looking down and putting our order in. I put my hair behind my ears before glancing over at Freya, she was already staring at me. I raised my eyebrows at her before she did the same, she side-eyed the worker. I rolled my eyes at her softly before looking back at the worker.

"4.49," He spoke to me before turning around the device for me to pay. I smiled before grabbing out my card and paying. "You two here alone?" He asked us both. I raised my eyebrows at his question.

"Well, alone with each other. Thank you," Freya said quickly, pulling away my hand as soon as my card as approved and walked off. I was dumbfounded for a second before she brought us down to a table.
