Poland POV

I was heading back home because I didn't want to talk anymore. I like being alone. When I put my hands into the pockets of my blouse I heard some money noises. I turned around and went quickly back.

America and Germany were talking with each other. I was curious what they were talking about. "Germany! I'm sorry for what happened yesterday. I feel bad for what I did so here's your money back."

He looked up after I gave him the coins. "Oh, thanks. But you know you don't have to."Yes, yes. Anyway, I think I'm going to stay with you guys. No one is at home so I can't even go inside."

That was a lie. I changed my mind. I just felt that I didn't want to let them alone. America was standing close to Germany.

Something was feeling off and I was not too fond of that feeling. "I don't mind you being with us." America said to break that silence.

"Maybe we can go and get the presents for Russia."Good idea." I agreed with America. He started to walk in the direction of the gift shop. And left me and Germany slightly behind.

We both also started walking. We were standing next to each other and I just wanted to tease him a little. I was just curious how he would react. I touched his hand with my fingers. His reaction wasn't anything special.

He just seemed shocked but that was enough to give me some satisfaction. I tried again but this time he tried to tease me back. He took my hand and wouldn't let go.

I tried to get away from his grip but it was too strong. "Why are you back there so silent?" America luckily didn't look back. "Nothing. We are not sure what to talk about." Unlike America, I wasn't so talkative.

Only sometimes. But Germany still wouldn't let go. I looked up to look straiht into his eyes.

Sometimes you don't even need to talk to understand the other person. He just smiled. Great. But when I saw that America was about to turn around I just shook my hand hard enough to get away from his grip.

"We could talk about what you will get for Russia." Well, at least he didn't suggest to talk about the weather. "Well, I'm going to get for him some Vodka obviously. That's the only reason he invited me. To get some more vodka."Wait. So at this party will there be alcohol?"

I forgot that America wasn't the type of person who liked to drink this stuff. "Yes."That's why I wondered why he even invited you in the first place. Everyone knows that you won't drink or give someone a vodka?"

Germany got a point. It was really off to invite America at least... "I bet he likes you." America laughed. "Me and him? Never. It's like I would say you and Germany."

I looked to the side to hide the fact that I was slightly blushing. When I cooled down I looked up again. "Yes, you're right. But why else would he invite you?"

Germany POV

When Poland agreed to America I felt lost. I wasn't sure anymore what I was thinking of Poland. Was he now a friend? Does he want to be friends with me? Was he okay with me holding his hand?

I mean he tried to get out of my grip but he was the one who started it. We just started to walk towards the gift shop and America bought a lot of stuff. "Whoa, why do you buy so much stuff?"

America looked at Poland. "A bear plushie, because he likes bears, a new Ushanka because he is always wearing the same and this one has bear ears, a blouse because I think this will suit him better, a fake sword for wall decoration because he's interested in those and of course some chocolate because who doesn't like chocolate. But this one is with mint flavor, he loves these! Better than some vodka!"
