Sailub sat at the head of the table, his presence commanding as he looked around at his closest allies. Pavel, Nut, Ping, Michael, and Garfield were all there, their faces set in grim determination. They had just finalized their plan, and the time had come to put an end to the misery that Bank and his father, Tony, had inflicted on Pon. It was a plan that would dismantle their empire, crush their reputations, and ensure that they could never hurt Pon—or anyone else—again.
Garfield had meticulously gathered all the evidence they needed. Bank had been relentless in his obsession with Pon, crossing boundaries time and time again. And when Pon had rejected him, Bank had escalated his efforts, using his father's power and influence to smear Pon's name in the industry. It was a betrayal that cut deep, but now, it was time for retribution.
"We have everything we need," Garfield reported, spreading the documents across the table. "Evidence of bribery, blackmail, and corruption. Bank's attempts to force himself on Pon, his father's involvement in covering it all up. It's all here."
Sailub's jaw tightened, his fury barely contained. "Good. They're going to learn what happens when they mess with what's mine."
The others nodded in agreement. Pavel spoke up next, his voice hard. "We've contacted the right people in the media. Once we release this, there will be no way for Bank or Tony to spin the narrative. Their reputations will be in tatters."
"Investors are already pulling out," Michael added. "Their empire is crumbling, and they have no idea what's coming."
Nut, who had been quietly seething throughout the meeting, finally spoke. "What about Pon? How do we keep him out of this mess?"
Sailub's expression softened slightly, the rage in his eyes replaced by a flicker of concern. "I've left Topten with him. He's still in his omega headspace, and I don't want him to be alone when this all comes out. Topten knows how to handle it."
"And Sailub," Ping interjected, his tone cautious, "we need to be prepared for the backlash. Once Bank and Tony realize what's happening, they might try something desperate."
"We'll be ready," Sailub assured him. "But we're not backing down. They're going to pay for every ounce of pain they've caused Pon."
With that, the meeting concluded. Sailub stood, his friends following suit. There was nothing left to say; the time for action had arrived. They left the room with a sense of finality, each one of them prepared to do whatever it took to protect Pon and ensure justice was served.
Back at Sailub's house, Pon was curled up in the nest he had built, surrounded by the comforting scent of his Alpha. He still felt the lingering effects of his omega headspace, the desire for safety and comfort overriding his usual thoughts. Topten had been with him, offering gentle reassurances, but Pon couldn't shake the nagging feeling of unease that had settled in his chest.
As Topten received a call and stepped out of the room, Pon felt a pang of loneliness. He knew Sailub was handling something important, but the lack of his presence left Pon feeling vulnerable. Trying to distract himself, Pon decided to get a snack from the kitchen. Maybe some food would help calm his nerves.
He padded softly down the hall, his movements slow and deliberate. The house was quiet, the air thick with the scents of various people who had been there earlier. Pon reached the kitchen and began to rummage through the pantry, looking for something simple. But as he did, his ears picked up a conversation coming from the direction of the kitchen staff.
"Can you believe it? That omega is just using Mr. Sailub," one of the helpers muttered, her voice dripping with disdain.
"Yeah, I heard he's just stringing him along to get what he wants," another chimed in. "Probably doesn't even care about Mr. Sailub. Just trying to secure his place in the industry."
