It's been almost 3 weeks Phuwin started staying with in another part of the base K'Ton helping him in the process of making solution for the virus. As both were betas so K'Ton only allowed Phuwin to stay at the work. While the other alpha and Omega doctors only helped him when needed. It was also many weeks of Phuwin not meeting Pond, but there's always one person who would bring Phuwin his favorite food or sometimes medicines when he doesn't feel well and Phuwin too got the hunch that it was all Pond who asked others to bring stuffs to him. At first Phuwin was afraid that Pond might be lying that he was giving him time but it turns out that the alpha was right, he gave him his face, never came to meet him but gave him his needs just like any alpha who takes care of his mate.
Phuwin met Pond's father, the strongest Alpha who was behind supporting this base and also helping everyone, he was quite nervous at first when he met Pond's father in the lab with K'Ton doing research. Phuwin just gave him a smile, he knew that if everyone in the base knows about him and his son so it's not strange if the father knows too. The most surprising thing was that Pond's mother visited him the other day and also invited him for dinner with K'Ton, Pond's mother had a very elegant look as she was an omega and also respected betas more, she didn't see any difference between the beta or alpha. Everyone was equal in front of her, that day after 3 weeks Phuwin got to meet Pond, that alpha just hugged him and kisses his forehead than went to talk to K'Ton and his father.
Phuwin was stunned for a moment, his heart was beating like crazy when he got near Pond, maybe he have accepted Pond as his mate since Pond but his glands making him his. The sight of Pond made Phuwin feel calm, Pond's mother noticed Phuwin zoning out so she called out for him
"Phuwin, I know my son had made you suffered in a way you would hate him....but let me tell you, he never once got closer to another omega or beta when you were not here.....my son really loves you"
That was the sentence which she said, Phuwin couldn't answer anything he just gave her a smile and sat down near K'Ton while glancing at Pond. After the dinner Phuwin wanted to walk for a while so he walked out first. There were very few people on the base, while he was walking suddenly everything infront of him became black and he staggered a bit but was held by someone. Before passing out he saw Pond calling his name and his eyes full of panick and than he completely lost his consciousness

Later when Phuwin got up he saw a familiar room where he haven't been for weeks, and when he looked at the side he saw Pond holding his hand and sleeping near him. He smiled and tried to get up, but the alpha was quick to get up than looked at Phuwin, he frowned. Phuwin when he saw him looking like a sad puppy, he felt confused. It's not the Alpha which Phuwin knew, why is he looking so sad ?
"I....I will go to my room....thanks for helping" Phuwin got up but Pond held his hand and pulled him on his embrace hugging him
"Don't go....I don't want my mate to stay alone when you're carrying our pups"
Phuwin was surprised when heard that....pups ?, he looked confusedly at Pond but once again he hugged him and made him lie down on the bed
"P..Pond stop joking .... I can't be pregnant"
"I am not joking, you're really pregnant if you don't believe me you can ask K'Ton...he is the one who check you when you passed out " Pond said than kissed his forehead
After a while of not getting an answer from Phuwin, he looked at him and saw him crying....the Alpha panicked and quickly got up making Phuwin sit on his lap and coaxed him, but it made Phuwin cry more
"Please don't cry Phuwin....I am sorry, if your really don't want to have my kids ..I understand, it's up to you if you want to keep it ...I won't force you....don't cry ..good boy"
Pond tried to coax him for a while and saw him getting calm, they were still in that position while Phuwin hugging him
"Who said I don't want your kids"
Phuwin said softly still hugging Pond, after not seeing his alpha Phuwin realised that Pond wasn't that type of Alpha he saw how much he loved him, maybe because Phuwin was brought up like that thinking that the AOs are just idiots...but it turns out not all are like that, even though in the past Pond hurt Phuwin, but he never ignored him always took care of him....maybe Phuwin was just afraid. But now he realises he loves this Alpha, who was even ready to give up the child if Phuwin didn't wanted. So, Phuwin decided that he will give him a chance and maybe it will be best afterall this Alpha loves him so much
"Phuwin...you what?...you would keep our child" Pond asked making Phuwin look at him...the alpha wanted to knows what his mate was thinking
"I...I love you Pond"
That was the last thing which Phuwin got to say and than was kissed by the alpha until he couldn't breathe. The two broke the kiss when Phuwin started tapping his chest
"I love you too Phuwin....thank you for giving me chance" pond said while kissing phuwins eyes, his cheeks, his nose and his lips
"You want this baby right Phuwin ?" Pond asked him because he knew he never asked him this when pond got his birth chamber open
"I want it...I want my own family with you" Phuwin said sincerely and this time there was no fear for Pond in his eyes....his eyes was filled with love
Pond packed his lips and touched Phuwin's belly which was still flat, the baby was growing inside him and he loved it. He chose Phuwin as his mate because he loved him, just his method to bring Phuwin close to him was wrong. But now he will have a family with him and both were happy
Even though this diseases were spreading but there was still hope that everything will return to the way it was and Pond swore that he will take care of his mate and their child well
