Darkhunter's idea

After the battle in "The Darkest Hour" Darkhunter drags a lifeless body of Scourge and transfer the body that she found the place where it can resurrect the cat that are dead. It's called ritual cat of nine lives. It is where it place the leader in ritual circle and soon it send a mist to the dead leader. It happen to Scourge and got a second chance at living where it made him not evil.

This will be used for Emberfang after she had dragged a lifeless body of Tigerstar and waited for many many many moons for the evil spirit of Tigerstar to evade away and this will be used to Tigerstar afterwards at "The Last Hope" in Omen of the Stars for Emberfang to follow paw step for her to do what Darkhunter did to Scourge and it also made Tigerstar not evil while he stepped down from being a leader to become good again so that he won't be in the same place of evil cat ever again.
