Dr. John Marshall strides towards the stage, wearing a perfectly tailored white tuxedo with a crimson splashed bowtie and thick framed spectacles. His platinum blonde hair styled in a pompadour side fade and medium trimmed beard that made his features seemingly sharper. His composure radiates elegance and command.
''Thank you all, I am honored to be with you here tonight as we celebrate the culmination of years of research and innovation of Retters Genetics.'' He speaks with a British lilt.
''It is with great gratitude that I introduce our teams latest achievement, ''PORSPERREN'', a first in the world, a revolutionary gene therapy using GENEMEND Technology in gene editing, a single treatment that will offer a life long health stability towards individuals that has Congenital Erythropoeitic Porphyria.''
Images of the team and laboratory work is shown to the audience on the big LED screen.
''It is now on its Phase 3 of clinical trials and would be out on the market soon'',
The audience who are composed of fellow scientists and businessmen gave a resounding applause. He paused, took a deep breathe, his voice quivered for a bit.
''This fight is personal for me. Its was my mother that suffered from this very illness. Her struggle greatly affected not just her life but as well as the life of those who dearly loved her. She was the reason that this program may became my life's mission. The mission to pursue a cure the many others who face similar challenges.''
The crowd fell into a collective hush, sensing the emotional weight of his words.
''It bears mentioning that only two hundred cases of this disease have been reported worldwide, making our work not only necessary but a critical one.''
A graph chart was show highlighting the rarity of the disease with statistics.
''I want to applaud Retter Genetics for its unwavering commitment and support to addressing the rarest of diseases-advocating not just for the more prevalent illness, but prioritizing those who often go unheard too.''
''I am immensely grateful to my incredible team of scientists, without whom this project would not be even possible.''
John motions to his tea. Standing proudly beside him on the stage.

Praises and applause fill the room as John steps back with a humble smile. Many raise their glasses to the team members.
