Hey Sally!

Truthfully, the world doesn't know anything. They really do believe that my family H.A.d out and defected, and my sister has been taking care of me ever since, which works perfectly for me. With the few hours that I had with Sally I did my preliminary research, who runs S.P.A.A.T, what do they do, how long will my training be? And only one of those questions were answered.
On October 28th, 2324, General Angel Lacienta was born in a little town 5 hours away from Stanton Central, to Mr. and Mrs. Lacienta. Throughout all his years in life, he was happy, up until 3 months before his H.A.'s, where he would come home to his loving father and mother, slaughtered. S.O.C.C. labeled this as a defection, and charged his neighbors with the death of his family. This would truly change his outlook on life.
On October 28th, 2341, Angel Lacienta would be introduced to the S.P.A.A.T program, where he would rise through the ranks due his ability to discern the difference from checkers and chess, and S.O.C.C. commission even said that his regard for human life is less than the amount of losses he's ever received, zero.
Today is February 23rd, 2354, and I have arrived at NK Station. I grab my newly commissioned clothes, and make my way towards the elevator. The only thoughts in my head: time is of the essence.
As I get off the elevator and into my line to follow my new superiors, I see at least 25, maybe 30, other people lined up behind me, yet their colors are Neon Pink, whereas mine are Neon Blue. Am I truly that much more important than all of these people? There's no way my answers really make me considered that much more perfect.
Directly in front of me is a young man, same color as my colors, Neon Blue, which must mean he is of some importance to Neo Kyoto. I tap him on the shoulder, and he turns around, almost spooked. "Oh, h-hi. My names Spencer, Spencer Solstice, and you must be Kaizer Korpus. I've heard so much about you." I look the man in his face, Spencer. He's about 5 foot 11, white, dirty blonde, and has a goofy smirk on his face. Yet on his face he bears a sort of sadness, like he's seen something in his day, something he can't take back, or even get away from. His left cheek holds a scar from what was probably a knife, his hands are calloused as if he were a farm hand, and his accent is almost old-American. I could tell immediately why his color was blue like mine, he's from Texas, he's not a native S.O.C.C.
"Yeah, that'd be me," I say, forcing a fake smile, and Spencer looks at me and beams, "Well, nice to meet you Kaizer. You're probably confused what a small town boy like me is doing in BLUE and in NEO KYOTO? Truth is, I haven't really figured out myself, but Texas is implementing the H.A.'s and if you score high enough you can go to S.P.A.A.T. I was one of the first to take the test outside of anyone in S.O.C.C., and I guess my idea of patriotism to bring back honest truth to the world makes me special." Wrong, a voice in my head says, definitely not mine, S.O.C.C. only wants to test him to see if Texas will make the perfect soldier. Immediately I knew it was Sally. "Well Spencer, I hope to see you out there in S.P.A.A.T.!" I say, as the bay doors to the plane open up.
As the bay doors open, I see the silhouette, not the figure, but the silhouette of a man, probably 245 pounds, around 6 foot 3. And then as he steps in, his silhouette snaps onto the body of a man, war torn and angry.
"I have been a military champion, a soldier, a civilian, and a man who has lost everything. In this world, we live around simple principles, yet everyday there are fires that blaze bright in hopes to tear down this Society!" says the man, his face scarred, yet hidden behind big golden aviator style glasses, his beret on point, pistol holstered to the side. "I Am General Lacienta, and I have been a soldier for 13 years, and a general for 12. That means, that for your stay underneath the S.P.A.A.T. banner, you will follow every single order that I give you, is that understood?" "Yes sir,!" says about 30 people all in unison. "Now, please come into your new home!"
