Napapikit nalang ako sa inis nong biglang lumitaw sa harapan ko si Axel na may dala-dala pang bola ng basketball. He has this annoying smirk plastered on his face kaya mas nakakainis pero syempre di ko pinahalata.

"Hmm?" I hummed as I compose myself and stand straight facing him fully.

"Hanap ka ni coach."

"Sabihin mo nalang if it's still about the muse thingy kasi I still have the same answer--"

"Nope, it's different." He cut me off kaya mas nainis ako.

"Ang dami niyo naman pakulo. Pag ako ginagago mo sasapakin kita." Banta ko sa kanya bago nag tungo sa office ni Coach, naka sunod lang siya sa akin. He's even whistling like he's in a very good mood.

Not long enough, we arrived at the Coach's office so I knocked twice and was gonna open the door but Axel beat me to it, bastos talaga.

"She's here." He announced and opened the door wide. There, I saw coach with the rest of the basketball team.

Nyeta, ano to?

"Oh, hello there Liv. Please take a seat." Coach said and motioned the seat in front of his table. No way I'm sitting there with them around me.

"I'm fine po, I'm in a hurry as well. Why do you need to see me pala?" I politely declined and kept my spot where the door is.

"Oh, it's about the upcoming Uni-fest, our representative from the athlete dept got into an accident so we need someone to take over his job and as a part of student council I would like you to be our facilitator for the basketball team."

Ha? Taragis, ano daw?

"Po? I ain't part of the student council anymore. I'm just helping but wala akong position." I said and snapped my head at Axel who's about to speak.

"Well, I heard that you said yes to a project together with NDRN Colleges, why not with us?" Axel asked.

"Just because." I said firmly and transferred my gaze to his father. "Coach... with all due respect, I don't want to be included in any activities since I am focused on my subjects especially that I have lots of major this semester. There are a lot of people from the SCO, you can go and ask Kuya Mikee for sure he can be of help about this." I said and gave him a small smile.

"I don't know why it's always me but please, I don't wanna be associated with the team anymore. I'm so done with rumors, I hope you'd understand and respect my decision. I have to go now." I said before I open the door behind me and walk away from that hellhole.

When I got the role of being the team's muse, a lot rumors were spread around the University. Awful rumors. I actually just agreed because Sol was there and I feel safe when he's around. When he heard about the rumors he was so sorry but I told him it's not his fault. Tapos ngayon kukunin nila ako ulit? Mga bobo ba talaga sila? Kaya nga ginawa nalang na lalaki ang representative sa department na yon para less chismis. Jusko, saan na ba utak ni Axel, lord?

I heave a sigh as I made my way back to where Axel saw me earlier, at the study corner of the Arts and Sciences building. I was actually waiting for Bless when Axel suddenly showed up like a psychopath. Bless and I have to go see her Aunt, I don't know why I need to be there but I just said yes since I have nothing to do as well. Perks of being excused from some of my subjects, thanks for that project I did with NDRN Colleges.
