It had been a week since the invasion had started, everything was slowly turning back to normal. Almost. The civilians were still recovering after the losses of their friends or family, the Shinobi was still recovering after their major losses of men and women in the battle.

While the village was busy recovering, two unknown men can be seen walking towards the gate of Konoha, with black cloaks with red clouds and straw hats with bells covering their faces as they walked their way to the village gates.

Two shinobi can be seen playing cards as they had narrowed looks on their faces. One with a bandage on his nose thrusted his arm towards a stack of cards

"And... GO FISH!" Kotetsu screamed, making Izumo groan in annoyance.

"Seriously! How do you always win?!" Izumo groaned, slamming the cards on the desk.

Kotetsu just smirked, "what can I say, a man never reveals his tricks."

"Liar! You have to be cheating!" Izumo retorted.

While they were bickering against one another, two men can be seen entering the village. While the two were bickering, Kotetsu noticed to the two cloaked figures and stopped what he was doing.

"Excuse me, you two can't just enter-"

His words were cut off as he stared at one of the man's eyes; he felt nauseated before falling to the ground unconscious, along with his partner Izumo.

Ami was aimlessly walking around the village with a look of disarray on her face. The wavering thoughts of her lover gone. People in the village thought that he was taken by Orochimaru, but she knew the truth on what really happened to him.

As she was aimlessly walking, she'd bumped into someone, she stopped as she turned around to see who she bumped into.

She found herself staring in the eyes of an angry Hinata Hyuga.

Ami's face quickly deadpanned seeing the Hyuga. She'd never really liked her that well. Mainly because she was glancing at her Michikatsu during the time they were on their date, she once caught her following them.

"Oh it's just you. What do you want Hyuga?" Ami questioned.

Hinata didn't say anything. She just glared at her, leaving a sigh coming from Ami's mouth. She then turned away leaving from the weirdo. Before Hinata spoke.

"Stay. I wish to speak to you, alone."

Ami glanced at her with a curious look. "And what would you want to talk to me about since none of us have nothing in common?"

Hinata faced twisted into a snarl. "You know exactly who I want to talk about."

Ami rolled her eyes in irritation. She motioned the Hyuga to take them to a secluded spot. Moments later they were in an unused training ground.

Ami crosses her arms. "Well, we're here, now what do to ask me about him."

"You know what happened to him." Hinata glare hardened. "I am not a fool, I know about his strength and his technique; there's no way he would've lost that easily."

Ami stared at her suspiciously. "What are you trying to say, Hyuga." She asked but her tone weaved a slight hint of anger.

"You know what happened to Naruto, so spill it! What happened to him?" She demanded.

Ami furrowed her brows in anger. "I already told what had happened to him to the temporary Hokage, he left with two people and I'd never saw them again." She crosses her arms.
