Everyone rushed in and out of halls and rooms quickly scurrying to do what they had been assigned. "Kinkajou they need you near the stage." Someone said passing by her. She swiftly walked into the large partly decorated ballroom that held little inward caves all around it. She walked north to the back of the room where the stage was.
"Good you got my message." Said a Female Silkwing. Lately some dragons had been coming over from the other continent, Hivings were now helping the Nightwings, Leafwings and some Flamewings had been helping Queen Ruby heal her sick and any others that had come over were either at Jade Mountain or The Rainforest.
"Umm yeah what do you want?" Kinkajou asked glancing around. "We need a Drummer you know anyone." She said. "Um yeah Qibli the Sandwing anything else." The Silkwing wrote down the name and looked up. "Actually if you don't have a job we need a Rainwing on the planning committee." She said. "Sure, where are 'we'?" She asked.
The Silkwing who eventually interduced herself as Lavender's mother, Ivy. "This is it." Ivy said and turned and left. "Hey Kinkajou." Myrtle said standing next to a Hivewing and Sandwing discussing something. He walked over to her glancing back hoping they wouldn't notice him gone. "You get dragged into this to?" He whispered. "Yes I suppose, but what is this?" She asked leaning over towards his ear.
"The Committee I still wonder why their all adults and they want our help." Myrtle said. "Well what can I do?" She said walking up to them. "Ah Kinkajou," said the Sandwing. "I am Sandstorm, not the sandstorm," They had all heard of Wren's tail. "And this is Sting's mother, Stripe." He finished.
" We could really use help on the decorations, we don't know where to begin with all the different tribes and such we've heard of how Queen Glory during the time of the Mindwars (as they now call the Leafwing /Hivewing/ Silkwing incident) kept all the Traditions and cultures together." Stripe said.
Kinkajou gave Myrtle a victorious glare and he gave a you won't brag later glare.
"Yes the decorations are going to be so good." She said as they all sat down at lunch. "You get to do decorations while I have to clean rooms that is so unfair." Moon said siting next to Qibli. While Kinkajou was stuck between the two guys again. "Well we don't have a Rainwing on 'the committee' yet." She said then she and Myrtle fell over laughing. "What's so funny?" Qibli asked. Once they finally composed themselves Myrtle said. "Inside Joke." Then fell over laughing again.
"No Sandstorm that room should be Nightwing themed the old nightwing Lava is not going to hold it." Kinkajou argued later when they were back to work. "Fine, but there has to be some type of Lava." He said in a none negotiable way. "Fine" "Fine" "Fine" they said back in forth then turned and walked away to make the arrangements. "So how decor coming?" Myrtle asked.
"Well in every little cave in the main room is going to be a new tribe theme each tribe gets two rooms and the main room is going to have a bit of each with their own touch." She answered with excitement. "Wow!!" He answered. "That is going to be amazing." He turned and looked at the room before them and looked at it in wonder.

" What are you going to wear?" Kinkajou asked later that night. "Probably some of the jewelry I got for my birthday, but the real question is who are you going with?" Moon asked filled with excitement. " What we have to go with someone, no your joking." Kinkajou said, jumping in her hammock, hoping Moon would forget but knew she wouldn't.
" Come on, you've got two choices that are head over talons for you!" Moon said, opening the hammock. " Oh shut up I'm tired!" Kinkajou said, and rolled over facing away from Moon. "Maybe you won't go to the Banquet with one of them but you know eventually you'll have to choose, it's not fair to either of them if you keep going on like this." Moon said. Kinkajou rolled back over. "I know."
The questioned turned in her mind all night and she couldn't come up with an answer. She knew she wouldn't be able to sleep unless she figured it out. She sneaked out of the dorm. The halls were dimly lit as she walked through them sleepily. She felt dry inside and out like she'd been hurting something, something she didn't want to lose.
She eventually decided to go down to the underground lake. "Hey." Turtle said from the rock when she walked in. "Hey." She said as she waited into the water. "Do you like him?" He asked calmly. She thought about it. "I don't know." She said finally realizing it. "You don't?" He asked, puzzled. " I mean I know what love feels like but I don't know if I feel it with him, it's so puzzling." She said.

"Well that's a wrap guys, it looks amazing in here." Said Sandstorm, looking around at the room that for the last week had been decorated. " I guess." Kinkajou said. " Have you picked yet?" Moon whispered. "Maybe." Kinkajou said, walking in front of Moon. "Avoiding it will only make it worse later." She yelled. "I know." Kinkajou muttered.
Well what were you going to do before this she asked herself as she was getting ready to go shop for the stuff she would wear she'd earned more than a couple of JMA points by now. Well how would you pick, the other half of her said. If it all comes down to it. Her brain scattered, she entered a shop with cool jewelry and cloth. Shut up brain!! She yelled in her head, and was so caught up in it she didn't see herself crash into a guy in the store.
"Sorry!!" She said. "Oh it's fine, it was my fault anyways." He said and looked up, he was a tall handsome nightwing. "No it wasn't it was me being scatterbrained." She said. "Well if your scatterbrains can pull themselves together, can you choose which one, I am buying it for my girlfriend."
"Um ok," She said looking at the two scarves. "What tribe?" Kinkajou asked looking at the intricate detail of them both. "Silkwing, her name is Lavender." He said. "That's why their both purple, the first one looks better in my opinion but I'm no Silkwing." Kinkajou said walking past him. "Um are you ok?" He asked, was I really that obvious she asked herself. "No." She said and started explaining her story.
"Well I've always found that dragons are who they are and if they truly love you it will be harder to express, so don't choose because one is more obvious." He said. They parted ways each with a little more knowledge. Kinkajou grabbed a set of matching Necklaces and Bracelets with a silk arm thing that was pretty. She walked out of the store and she finally made a decision.
