A Wedding To Remember

Only a few students were invited to the wedding but everyone knew about it. The school was in a huge buzz over all the romance within it. Normally a royal queen didn't get to choose her husband their father normally did, but Queen Glory didn't have a father to ask to decide and either way the whole continent knew Deathbringer and Queen Glory's love was true. And this way any heirs produced would be a perfect representation of the rainforest, Nightwings and Rainwings united under one branch or in this case many branches.

" I wish I was going to the wedding." Soar said the morning before they were supposed to leave. "Oh yeah sorry it's only for citizens and plus ones." Moon said over her should while packing. "Then one of you can bring me." Soar said hopefully. Kinkajou and Moon both made eye contact. "Me and Turtle already made plans." Kinkajou said. "Same." Moon said. "Oh well then." Soar said and looked over back at her bags.

Everyone had been given a pass to go home since a lot of the school population would be going to the wedding, including the founders. The school was on relax it was the last day before everyone would be going home with the exceptions of a few. Kinkajou slipped off her bracelet. Do you think she'll ever realize Queen Glory purposely said no to her coming after the incident.

Later that day when they all had gotten out of homeroom they all decided to do a walk together. They all landed in the clearing in which they had walked so many times in. "It's nice being back here." Qibli said. "I guess." Turtle said. "Well which way?" Moon asked. "Oh the secrete waterfall." "Fine."

"No that was definitely you." Moon argued to Qibli about some inside joke, while Kinkajou and Turtle laughed quietly about how Qibli had gotten worse at lying the farther they went into the argument. They suddenly all froze. They were in the clearing where Darkstalker had been buried for two thousand years. "Wow." Qibli said simply. They all nodded, it had been such a catastrophic event they hadn't even notice how beautiful the clearing was.

"Bye." Moon and Kinkajou both said to Soar at the main entrance the next morning. "I'll miss you guys so much over the next week." Soar replied and they hugged. When they let go all of the guys, their boyfriends, were behind each of them. "Wait Soar why is Thrush going with you?" Kinkajou asked. "Oh I'm bringing him home to meet my parents." She said and waved goodbye with her wings. "Thats a bit weird haven't they only been dating for a few months." Kinkajou said thinking, what would my actually parents think of me with Turtle.

It was a two day flight going lightly and stopping every couple of hours. Though Turtle wasn't holding up to nicely everyone else was, after the first five stops they decided to settle in for the night. "Ok I bet the theme will be a light summer green and black." Moon said. "No if Glory gets her say it will definitely be a beach theme wedding with summer pink." Kinkajou argued. "Who cares I wasn't to see the look on Deathbringers face when he sees her." Qibli interjected.

No one could argue, Glory was a beautiful dragon by herself not even being a Rainwing she could be considered pretty, but on her wedding day she would be beyond reality and they all knew it. That night it was impossible for anyone to sleep the days ahead were going to be some of the most exciting days of there lives. Most of all in the back of their minds they all were excited to see Winter again it had almost been a year since they had last seen him.

The next morning was a slow start but they began soon enough today was going to be a bit short than the last then they'd be in the Rainforest. "Ok I have an idea if we take two stops the entire day then we can get there a little bit before noon." Turtle proposed. "Suntime." Kinkajou said. "Oh you'll get to see Queen Glory you know she never takes naps." Qibli said. "But it's her wedding." Moon replied. "Fine I want to see the look on Jumba's face when I knock him off my platform.
