"VERNON!!" Joshua storms towards the said man who's been whispering into the phone on the hotel balcony for the past 20 minutes.

Vernon flinches and hangs up the call in a hurry, pushing the device back into his pocket, he turns towards a fuming Joshua. "H-hyung? What happened?"

Joshua scoffs. "I assigned you some work an hour ago! What are you doing here?" Joshua asks with a frown.

"Sorry Hyung, I guess I got distracted." Vernon looks down at his feet.

"You do know how stressed I am because of Dokyeom, right?" And you're still slacking off! We haven't been able to find that moron and it's the third day!" Joshua tries to calm himself down and walks to the balcony railing, resting his hands on them and leaning forward, thinking deeply. "Dokyeom is innocent, he'll fall for anyone's kind words easily. He's stupid and unaware of his surroundings, he doesn't understand this world or its cruelty. The sooner we find him the better or he might never come back to us if it gets too late."

Joshua runs a hand through his messy hair. "That fucker Kaito," He grits his teeth. "He's been getting too cocky lately. This isn't gonna work like this, we need more men. Call up some of our men from Korea and no one should know about this. Japan's underground is full of people who work for Kaito, they'll try to sabotage this in any way, be careful."

Vernon nods. "I'll work on that. And the only information we have till now is that they are a team of 8 to 10 people working together and that they haven't left Japan yet."

Joshua sighs and turns back to Vernon. "That's good, keep up the work." He pats his shoulders and walks towards the balcony door, his shoulders brushing against Vernon's, he stops at the door and turns back before saying. "It would be better for you if you cut down on unnecessary phone calls."

Vernon freezes and turns back, watching Joshua's back as he leaves the room. He lets out a sigh of relief. "That was close, I could've been caught." He whispers to himself, patting his chest to calm his racing heart.

"Dokyeom, are you ok?" Mingyu peeks his head through the door, watching Dokyeom sitting on the bed. "Y-yeah, I am. Why do you ask?" Dokyeom stands up from the bed in a hurry.

"Ah, that's good then. Umm...so, Hyung told me about what happened between you two." Mingyu says, walking inside the room.

"Did-did he? What did he say?" Dokyeom asks in a nervous-excited tone, walking up to Mingyu. "About that day at...the club," Mingyu says, kind of shy to tell him the whole thing.

"Ah, oh." Dokyeom walks backward, his face flushing in embarrassment. Mingyu chuckles. "Don't worry about it, you don't have to be scared of him." He smiles, sitting on the edge of the bed and motioning Dokyeom to do the same. "I think...I don't know if I am in a place where I should say this but I think Jeonghan-ie Hyung has a thing for you." He says in a slow whisper, his eyes flashing jealousy but he hides it quickly.

Dokyeom sits on the bed beside Mingyu, staring at him with confused eyes. "Thing for me? Like what? Does he want to gift me something?" He questions, his expression neutral.

Mingyu clears his throat, caught off-guard. "N-not that, but...ugh! I think Hyung himself will tell you when he wants to until then you can figure it out yourself." Mingyu smiles, ruffling Dokyeom's hair, and stands up, walking out of the guest room and leaving Dokyeom even more confused.

Ok, so this is very short i know it and i am sorry i promise to post a better one next week but please understand i have a life out of this too, i was so busy this week, it was my younger brother's first day of school so i had to drive him to his school because our parents were busy, his school is like 40 minutes away from our house and then wait outside his school until it was over (going back and forth would've been so much work and expensive for me) and then pick him up when his school was over, take him out to eat something, buy him snacks to eat on the way home and get him back home, my whole day went like this, so i obv didn't have time i write.

But my younger brother did get me a hello kitty sticker pack as a thank you for driving him to school (i had to pay for it💀) we were in a snack shop, they had like a bunch of stickers and he came to me with the hello kitty sticker pack and handed them to me, he's such a cutie, i'll use them on my phone case hehe

And everything happening on wattpad and then the enlistment announcement 😭 which was very demotivating for me and all the things happening to svt in insta, pls stop the unnecessary h*te on them, let them live man.
