3rd Person POV: 

At a bus stop, outside a residential area of Kuoh City

Issei watches as the bus drives away, he was the only one dropped off at this stop. Not that it mattered, it just made it more secure for him to make his way to the studio apartment being rented under a fake name, provided for him by Chairman Sakayanagi, acquired with the help of the kind butler and his temporary caretaker, Matsuo-san. Wearing a gray hoodie and jeans, with plain black sneakers, carrying a duffle bag with the few clothing items he owned, besides what he was wearing, and a new school bag, which contained the few items he wanted to bring from the mansion, his newly acquired cellphone, and some basic toiletries. He was informed by Matsuo-san that the apartment would be furnished, so he wouldn't need to worry about managing to procure and furnish the apartment, which he was thankful for. 

Looking at the surrounding area near the stop, he sees himself on the edge of a residential area, not very far from a grocery market and a major highway. Issei had done some research on Kuoh City, and the area surrounding his apartment, memorizing the local map, he knew the direction to his apartment and the general direction of Kuoh Private Academy, his new school. Deciding to head to his apartment, Issei begins walking and making his way through the suburban streets to his new home for the foreseeable future. 

A little while later

Inside Issei's Studio Apartment

Issei had arrived just a little while ago and took a look around after setting his bags down beside the entry and removing his shoes. The front door led to a small hallway that led into the living area. The bedroom was attached to the dining room/kitchen, with a stove, sink, and refrigerator with an attached freezer. The toilet was separated by a small sliding door. A small television set rested in the corner of the room on a small entertainment console, sitting next to the empty closet. A simple wooden bedframe supported the double twin mattress that would be his resting place for now. Issei was satisfied with the apartment and furnishings, though the apartment didn't come with a bath or shower which meant he would have to go to a public bathhouse to bathe, and decided to unpack his belongings. He placed his clothes in the closet and took this opportunity to prepare his school uniform for this upcoming week, pulling out the provided ironing board from the closet and the clothes iron Matsuo-san sent him with, in his duffle, Issei began to iron his uniform before placing it into the closet. Turning off the iron and placing it and the ironing board back into the closet before closing it. Issei then set the couple of books he brought with him for entertainment, neatly on the entertainment console supporting the television.
