After a lot of effort and with good luck that she couldn't get caught on the way, Andaleeb finally managed to reach the hallway leading to the main gate. The foyer going towards the outside was quite lengthy. And here she had the fear of someone finding her. Any servant could spot her while they enter or leave the mansion and even walk randomly as well. Along with that, there must be guards with big guns sitting, guarding the gates as well. She had to become cautious here.
The walls of the bungalow were so high and laden with glass pieces that it would be idiotic to even think about climbing to reach the other side. Just a while ago, she saw Masab bleeding purposefully with the help of those damn glass pieces. She didn't want the same fate for herself. After a lot of thinking, she decided to use the backside of the mansion to flee. There must not be many guards there and the area wouldn't be as sophisticated as this. It would give her much time to leave. There was a swimming pool, a zoo, and a garden at the backside.
Andaleeb hid her face with the bridal dupatta and headed backside. The garden had tall trees and green plants having colorful, fragrant flowers and fruits over it. Along every corner, she could see a railing in which different domestic animals were placed. A few were even roaming freely. Just a while ago, a duck out of a gang had poked at her foot, driving her completely over the edge with a stun.
Even the walls there were high and peppered with the same glass so that no one could jump inside to harm the garden or the animals. However, somehow, after a while pondering the whole area, Andaleeb found a secret place. It would be too foolish to risk going to the spare gate and gathering the attention of the guard.
Someone had made a hidden way in the front wall to go out and come inside. It was a rectangular-shaped hole that would look like a part of the wall for the naked eye to see, but it was a crevice. Large enough for a person to go out by bending their necks and limbs. The block of cement and tiles were attached over it once not in use but if one had to leave the mansion, the same block could be removed. To her good fortune, the piece was completely out now and a peep of sunlight was reflecting out of it.
She couldn't believe that Masab would recruit some clumsy workers who would reveal a secret place like this. But why bother it when it worked in her way? Andaleeb chirped and headed towards it. She just had to leave this place and give the jerk owner of this mansion a perfect lesson that she didn't fear him. Masab wasn't at home. Once she would be out of his house, she would just fly away. He wouldn't even know where did she go.
Taking a deep breath, she touched the hole. It had a few bricks popping out of it which would lay a few injuries on someone inexperienced like her. However, she didn't care. She just had to leave from here. A jolt of happiness passed through her whole body once she saw the main road ahead. She became successful and finally did that. She escaped this prison. She had defeated that asshole who thought he could own her.
