*San's Office*
San, a towering figure with a stern expression, sat behind his massive desk. His sharp eyes narrowed as he listened to the nervous client, Mr. Lee, across from him.
"I'm telling you, Sir, we can't meet the deadline. The shipment is delayed, and—"
San's hand slammed on the desk, making Mr. Lee jump. "Excuses, Mr. Lee. I don't pay you for excuses. I pay you for results."
His deep voice was laced with a hint of menace, and Mr. Lee swallowed hard.
"I understand, Sir, but—"
"No, you don't understand," San interrupted, his tone dripping with disdain. "You're wasting my time. I expect the shipment to arrive tomorrow. If it doesn't, there will be consequences."
Mr. Lee nodded hastily, sweat beading on his forehead. "Y-yes, Sir. I'll make it happen."
San's gaze lingered on Mr. Lee, ensuring he understood the gravity of the situation. Then, with a dismissive wave, he ended the meeting.
"Yunho, escort Mr. Lee out."
Yunho, San's manager, appeared from the shadows, his expression unreadable. "Follow me, Mr. Lee."
As they exited, San's phone buzzed. He answered, his voice firm. "Speak."
"Hey, Unca Sannie!" Hanbin's high-pitched voice squealed through the phone.
( As soon as he heard the voice, his expression changed).
San's expression transformed, his stern features softening into a warm smile. "Hey, baby bin! How's my little man doing?"
"I'm good, Unca! I wuv you!"
San chuckled, his deep voice gentle. "I love you too, Hanbin. What's new with you?"
"I pwayed wit blocks today! And I made a big castle!"
"That sounds amazing, Hanbin! I'm so proud of you. Can you show me the castle when I get home?"
"Yessss! I'll show you, Unca! And... and... I missed you!"
San's heart melted at the sincerity in Hanbin's voice. "I missed you too, baby bin. I'll be home soon, okay?"
"Okay, Unca! Bye-bye!"
"Bye-bye, Hanbin. Take care, and give your dads a hug from me."
As the call ended, San's expression returned to its usual seriousness, but his eyes still held a hint of warmth. Yunho, who had been watching from the sidelines, raised an eyebrow.
"The boss has a soft spot for the little one," Yunho said with a smile.
San's gaze narrowed, but a small smile played on his lips. "Ofcourse."
____________________Here's the continuation:
San's expression turned stern once more, his eyes narrowing as he focused on the task at hand. "Yunho, get me the update on the shipment. I want to know what's causing the delay."
Yunho nodded, his expression serious. "Right away, boss."
San's phone buzzed again, but this time it was a text from an unknown number. His eyes scanned the message, and his jaw clenched.
"What is it, boss?" Yunho asked, noticing San's tension.
"It's from an unknown number," San said, his voice low and even. "They're claiming to have information about the delayed shipment... and they want to meet in person."
Yunho's eyes widened slightly. "Could be a trap, boss."
San's gaze turned cold, his mind racing with possibilities. " Get the security in here. We need to discuss this further."
