"Find any water yet?" Asked Murphy as he looked down at the other boy.

"No, not yet, but... I'm going back out if you want to come." Wells asks cautiously.

He didn't like the boy but he sure as hell didn't like him even more as he noticed what the boy had carved in the side of the drop ship.

First son. First to dye.

"You know my father, he begged for mercy in the airlock chamber when your father floated him." Murphy explained as he could feel his blood boil at the memory.

Wells didn't say a word. It wasn't wise to retaliate when he was injured and no one to protect him.

"You spelt die wrong, geniuses." Wells stated before walking away from the boy.

"If you're gonna kill someone probably best not to announce it." Bellamy stated as he approached the boy.

"You're not really a member of the guard, are you?" Murphy asked with a smirk.

"No but the real guard will be here soon unless we stop it. You don't actually think they're gonna forgive your crimes. Even if they do, then what?" Bellamy explained trying to get in their heads.

He knew it was working. He could see them thinking.

"Guys, like us, we're gonna become model citizens now. Get jobs, maybe if we're lucky pick up their trash?" Bellamy added.

"You got a point?" Asked the boy next to Murphy.

"No, I got a question. They locked you up, dumped you down here like labs rats to die. So, why are you helping them?" Bellamy asked as he looked between the two.

"The hell we are." Fired the same boy as Murphy stayed quiet.

His mind went to Nova. Marcus Kane was her father. If she committed a crime he of all people could've got her out but he didn't.

"You're wearing those bracelets, aren't you? Those things are telling them whether or not it's safe for them to follow us down." Bellamy fired.

"You said we could stop it. How?" Murphy finally spoke up.

"Take them off." Bellamy stated

"The ark will think you're dead, that it's not safe to follow." The boy added causing Murphy to smirk.

"You know what I'd like to know. Why send us down today after 97 years? What changed?" Finn asked causing Nova to groan.

"You are just full of questions aren't you." Nova fired causing the other two boys to snigger.

"Who cares? I'm just glad they did." Octavia answered the boy as she led the way through the forest.

"I woke up rotting in a cell and now I'm spinning in a forest." Octavia smiled as she spun around a tree.

"Maybe they found something on a satellite." Jasper guessed.

"It wasn't a satellite. The ark is dying. At the current population level there's probably 3 months left." Clarke stated causing the other to silence shocked.

"Way to lay it out gently, Clarke." Nova stated as she followed after the blonde.

"You knew too. Is that why you were arrested?" Jasper asked again.

"My father was the engineer that found the flaw. He thought people had the right to know." Clarke explained as her and Finn walked side by side.
