Angie retrieved another box from the ever growing pile in the corner of the sheriff's station. She, Emma, and Elsa had been going through all of the files from Regina's office for anything on the Snow Queen. Angie had been a bit confused when Emma had suggested this solution, as they had barely found anything from the files they had gone through previously. But, Emma had reminded Angie that they only went through the curse census records. That still left a lot of paperwork. Angie despised paperwork, but if this was the only way to figure out what the Snow Queen was hiding, she just had to suck it up.
She carried the box over to the other side of the table, where Elsa was waiting. Together, the two removed the lid and began to sift through the paperwork. Unfortunately, it seemed to be an entire box of rental agreements for businesses in town. Angie knew for a fact that the Snow Queen's rental agreement was in the box underneath her cash register. Still, Elsa and Angie carefully checked the names and handwriting on every piece of paper. Like Angie had predicted, there was nothing of use in the box.
Emma retrieved another one as Angie let out a groan, glancing at the huge pile they still had to go through. "We need a new strategy. There has to be a better way to get through this stuff without it taking forever."
"She's right," Elsa agreed. "While we're reading files, my sister's out there somewhere. We have to confront the Snow Queen."
"Believe me, if we could, we would," Emma assured the women. "But we have to find her first and we need to find out as much about her as possible before any confrontation."
