Helllooooo <3<3<3
Chapter 41. 'Dinner' is well underway with planning and dialogue structure. Hopefully, I won't vanish for weeks again <3 But with Tratie finally about to confess we are quickly approaching the end of this fic :( This is where I want to ask you all something.
I have a few ideas for ending this fic.
1. The Reveal AKA the intended ending:
- When first planning this fic I knew how it was going to end and have foreshadowed for it accordingly. The only problem with this is I don't think it's an ending you guys will be happy with.
- That's because it would lead to a sequel Tratie fic. To summarise the plot for that fic without giving any spoilers it follows Katie, Nalo, Lou and Elliot at uni in New York and Travis travelling the world. Tratie would go back to their original dynamic (do with that what you will) but for harsher reasons.
- My worries about this second fic stems from me personally never liking sequels to a fanfiction and I worry you guys won't want to read it which I completely understand. My other worry is that it undoes the progression that Travis and Katie have made in this fic however, provides a more satisfying ending at the end of the secnd fic.
2. The Settle AKA We wrap this fic up within ten or so chapters.
- The ending would be fluffy and cute and still leaves an opportunity for the sequel but not how I'd like it to.
- This ending only came to mind because I hit chapter 35 and was like fuuuuck this isn't done and I've dragged this story out so long already, I don't want people to get bored.
3. A bit of both AKA the original ending but then you guys get a fluffy epilogue.
- This would set it up for the second fic how I intended but will also give you guys a final bit of fluff before the sequel
Anyways, comment beside the numbers below and whichever has the most comments I'll do.
