Chapter 13

"Brianna!"

Yells Leah as soon as Brianna comes in the door. Brianna shrugs, keeps walking towards her bedroom slamming the door shut. Leah gets off the couch storms towards the bedroom where Brianna is tries to get the door open then she kicks it in saying,

"Brianna!"

Brianna looks up to see her door knocked down and Leah standing right there responding,

"What? All I want is privacy to talk to my girlfriend."

Leah slaps Brianna in the head replying,

"Listen here young lady, we been here less than twenty-four hours and you ditch Amelia for Kayla, Amelia is upset and hurt over this and you don't seem to care about her feelings, oh yes you are grounded cause I got a text from Brooke saying Amelia is cutting herself because of you hope you are happy with yourself."

Brianna tuned Leah out not caring at all as she gets up from her bed and decides to get out of the house taking a walk to Kayla's to get away from her mother's, she didn't care about Amelia, heck she didn't even love Amelia anymore she had a new woman who appreciated her. Brianna tossed her cell phone in the elementary school lot about twenty minutes from her house not caring at all if she ever sees it again, Amelia in her mind was just a nerd who didn't know how to accept true love.

Amelia woke up to see that Kyle left some time ago, Amelia grabbed her phone to see if she received any messages at all and got nothing she placed it back down on her dresser as she got up to get dressed and head down stairs still in depression, she sat in the chair by her mother's as Terri said,

"Hello baby girl, did you sleep good?"

Amelia nodded as Brooke replied,

"Sweetheart, we know you are hurt, Brianna will come to her senses for right now you still got Kyle to keep your smiles and laughter."

Amelia stood up looking down saying to herself,

"I only want Brianna."

Brooke got up from the couch giving Amelia a hug responding,

"I felt the same when Terri got married the first time to Monica."

Amelia looked at Brooke and Terri both her wonderful mothers replying,

"Is that what is going to happen to me too? Brianna marries this Kayla girl then will come find me in the end."

Terri just sat there feeling so bad this is now happening to her own daughter same way it did for Brooke, she felt that this is all her fault for even doing this to Brooke many years ago. Terri got off the couch walking to the kitchen window as Brooke followed behind saying,

"Baby, I didn't mean to say that in a bad way towards our daughter honestly."

Terri turned around to face Brooke replying,

"It is okay love it just shows that our own daughter is following in your footsteps now."

Amelia walked into the conversation saying,

"Mother's it'll be okay, I am not even sure what will happen with me and Kyle anyways since her parents are against lesbians and gays."

Terri took that to a little defense backing off though responding,

"Amelia, we don't want you to stop loving Brianna though."

Amelia showed a small smile replying,

"Don't worry mom I won't."
