Chapter 50

" Bade Papa...."

"Bhai...."

Alok slumped down onto the couch as the truth hit him hard.

Once the strongest of the strong is now broken down. Tears were flowing uncontrollably but his gaze never moved from Niranjan.

Niranjan so wanted to rush towards his father.... Be the support but at the same time he realized this was not the time to be emotional but to forge ahead. So with stoned heart,  he began revealing the vicious truth one by one.

"A couple of weeks before everything went down, Nandhini found a service receipt in her Papa's things. A receipt clearly indicating that the car that met with the accident was properly serviced especially the brakes. She began asking around and it alerted Mrs. Suryavanshi.  Though she quenched Nandhini's queries , still she began to fear what if Nandhini confides to some else's. She was aware that if WE come to know we won't stay quiet. Then it wont be much long before her real face comes in front of all. Thus began her planning against Nandhini and her pregnancy gave her the perfect opportunity.  She thought discrediting her was better than harming her but her plan met with a hiccup when Ansh stood by her. He fought for her.  She thought her plan will fail but unexpectedly Ansh left home. In a way , he saved Nandhini's life . Because if he had brought her back then I am sure , Mrs Suryavanshi would not have spared her"

Reva was caught in the middle as all accusing eyes turned on her. She herself was dumbfounded at Niranjan's revelation.

How did he find out?

She had closed all loop holes.

"You know ,Mrs Suryavanshi,  how much you clean behind a crime, you will not be able to completely erase your presence. " Niranjan replied as if reading her minds.

"Everything played out beautifully for you especially after Ansh left. Each and every relationship began to feel the burden of your actions with Sadhavi and Dhru taking the brunt of the hit. You then convinced Dad to immerse me in the sea of responsibilities to create more wedges between me and Dhru. Now with silence all around, immersed in their own misery, no one was there to question your actions, right?  You even meticulously planned everything to this extent that you were able to block all our attempts to reach Ansh. "

As he spoke , he couldn't help remember the disappointment he felt when everytime the investigator gave a reply in negative.

" But over the years you got so confident,  you started making mistakes. For one, you didn't realise it is not just the King but you will have to block the queen too. When you came to know that Dhriti may have the location of Ansh , you decided on your most devious plot. To finish all three of them...once and for all. After all who will know? But then destiny rolled its dice... I met Gauravi and everything changed in the blink of an eye. Ansh and Nandhini came back , leaving you restless. But seeing him clueless about the accident , you were relieved but far from relaxed. Then you made your second mistake, you began keeping eye on us. Preparing yourself in case Nandhini remembered and informed us....." Niranjan trailed off as he walked towards Reva.

He stopped to glare at her before continuing,

" This is my jungle and not even an insect will pass , without me getting the whiff of it....Rishabh...." Niranjan yelled.

Within minutes, a man was pushed in front of her , on his knees.

Shock would be un understatement to what Reva was feeling.

It was her right man.

"While you were keeping an eye on us , we were keeping an eye on you" Niranjan said with a smirk.
