Gintama : Let's Go Love!

No Lies (Sakata Gintoki)

"Oi! If you two are useless at dancing, go help out in the hall!!"

Saigo tosses Katsura and Gintoki— Paako and Zurako— out to where they accompanied drinking men. Gintoki, having no other choice but to obey did so— but he could care less of actually entertaining a man who was there to make fun of them.

"My, my— You're so useless, Paako! How will you entertain our customers if you're like that?" Agomi says but Gintoki ignored him, picking his nose endlessly. "Go help out in the kitchen, Paako! At least Zurako knows what she's doing!"

Gintoki rolled his eyes at Katsura who was deep into role-playing as Zurako, before walking into the kitchen. As Gintoki pushes the door open, a smaller figure collides straight into his chest.

"Oh, sorry! You're Paako-chan right? The new hire?"

Gintoki couldn't speak— he was mesmerized and in awe, he never knew what love at first sight meant.

—and he was sure that it was all just a scam. All that 'my world stopped when I saw him!' And those 'I was so sure he was the one!'

But now, Gintoki believed all of them. It was true— love at first dight was real.

—and it was this (H/C) haired woman with (E/C) eyes that made it happen.

"Well, I just finished cleaning the kitchen. Work hard, Paako-chan!" She gives him a small smile and walks off. Gintoki stood still, rooted in place— Azumi suddenly passes by him and he grabs him roughly by the collar.

"Oi, agomi. Who's that?" He pointed to (Y/N) who was talking so happily with Saigo. Azumi squinted and rolled his eyes at Gintoki.

"That's (Y/N)-chan. She always drops by here from time to time, she owns that bakery on the street."

"(Y/N)-chan, even her name sounds heavenly." Gintoki mutters under his breath as he lets go of Azumi.

"(Y/N)-chan was adopted by Mama years ago, after Teru-chan was born she went on and separated, starting her own business. But she drops by here to help out from time to time since Teru-chan sees her as a mother figure."

"Alright, I got it." Gintoki grins as he begins to stride towards her but pauses in his tracks. A sudden thought coming to mind—

'Wait— How the hell am I gonna get her if I look like this?! I'll talk to her after this! I can't let her know it was me!'

Gintoki hurriesly hides behind Zurako, whilst keeping his eyes on (Y/N). The way she laughed, the way her lips turned up, her eyes lighting up— Gintoki was seeing everything through rose-colored glasses.

It was weird how so infatuated he could get within just seconds of seeing her— but his heart was something he trusted more than his brain (and his d***) so he instantly knew that what he felt was love.

But— there was something Azumi failed to mention about (Y/N) that would surely be a hurdle in their blossoming relationship.

After the whole thing with Saigo, Teruhiko and Gintoki playing a tranny— Gintoki went back to his normal life.

—It means he was a man again.

He decided that it was time to go see (Y/N) once more— In hopes, that this time, Gintoki will finally find his sweetheart. He stood at the doors of (Y/N)'s bakery, a sweet scent pulling him in. Eager to see her, he steps inside and smiles as he raises a hand.

"(Y/N)-chan! I've come to visit you—!"

"KYA!"

(Y/N), startled by Gintoki's sudden greeting, accidentally punched Gintoki right in the face.
