*The struggle inside the car is intense. Lucas manages to overpower one of the operatives and takes control of the steering wheel. The car veers off the road, crashing into a ditch and rolling over.*

*The crash is violent, with debris scattered everywhere. Lucas, though severely injured, crawls out of the wreckage. He's bloodied and battered, but driven by a desperate need to find Eva and Margaret.*

**LUCAS**
(panting)
I have to find them... I can't let this be for nothing.

*He stumbles away from the wreckage, bleeding heavily but determined to reach his goal.*

**EXT. WOODS NEAR ABANDONED WAREHOUSE - LATER**

*Lucas navigates through the woods, his strength waning. The landscape is rugged and treacherous, adding to his struggle. Despite the pain and blood loss, he pushes on, guided by sheer will.*

*After a grueling trek, he finally reaches the area where Eva and Margaret are being held. The safehouse is in sight, but the scene is heavily guarded.*

*Lucas uses the last of his strength to approach stealthily. He manages to create a diversion, drawing some of the guards away from the safehouse entrance.*

**EXT. SAFEHOUSE - DAY**

*Inside the safehouse, Eva and Margaret are still under guard. They're anxious but hopeful, knowing that Lucas might still be trying to find them.*

*As the guards investigate the disturbance outside, Lucas manages to slip inside. He's barely able to stand, his vision blurred and his movements weak.*

**EVA**
(startled)
Lucas! You're hurt. What happened?

**LUCAS**
(weakly)
Jenna... I had to get away. They're coming for you. We need to—

*Lucas collapses from blood loss, falling to the ground. Eva rushes to his side, panic and concern etched on her face.*

**EVA**
(frightened)
Lucas, stay with me! We need to get you help!

**MARGARET**
(determined)
Eva, we have to act fast. I'll get the first aid kit. We need to stabilize him before it's too late.

*Margaret quickly retrieves the first aid kit and begins to tend to Lucas's wounds. Eva helps her, her hands shaking but focused on saving him.*

**EXT. SAFEHOUSE - DAY**

*Outside, the guards return to their posts, unaware of the crisis inside. Eva and Margaret manage to keep Lucas stabilized, but time is running short.*

We need to get out of here before more guards come. Lucas won't survive if we stay here.

**MARGARET**
(nodding)
I'll start the vehicle. You finish up here and make sure he's ready to move.

*As Margaret prepares for their escape, Eva continues to administer first aid to Lucas, her worry and determination evident.*
