Thursday June 13th

Waking up I realized I'm not outside I'm actually in my bed. I get up and go brush my teeth then go downstairs. As soon as I get down I say my sisters in the kitchen. "Morning" I say once I walk over to them. "Good morning!" They say at the same time. "Where's Ali?" I ask "oh yeah she had to go home, but she said that she'll call you later" Sunday says. Guess she just didn't want to wake me up. She probably brought me in to I'm guessing.

"Oh also mom and dad wanna go out to eat tonight so if I were you I would go find something to change into" Eli says. I sigh and get up walking to my room. Once getting there I go straight to my closet then pick out something.

After searching for hours I finally find a cute outfit then sit it on my bed. I go to my shower and get clean then get back out and put it on. After I put on some heels then go to the living room where Sunday is sitting at. We both sit there waiting for the rest of the fam.

Minutes Later they all get done and we all head out to dinner. We get in the car and put ur seatbelts on then leave. It's me on the left behind our dad then it's Sunday in the middle and Eli behind our mom.

We get to the restaurant and sit down. Sunday and my mom across from each other me and my dad across from each other then Eli on the left of me. "So how was your guises day?" My mom asks. "Uh it was good" Sunday says. "I was.. sleeping all day but it was good" I say with a little laugh. "Yeah same" Eliana says eating.

"Was school going for you Eli?" Our dad asks Eli. "Good, good just tiring sometimes" She says. "We'll you only have to deal with it for one more year!" I say reminding her. Our parents go on and on about some things about some story about when they went to school. "So how's Aliyah?" My mom asks Me. "She good" I say. "I see you and Aliyah are getting closer" My dad says making my eyes widen. They noticed me and Ali getting closer? Do they know we're..? No they can't know, there's no way.. it can't be that obvious.

"Yeah uh.. guess I just opened up to her" I say with a little nervousness in my voice. "Glad to see you happy, haven't seen you smile like that in a while" my mom says. "She just has that effect I guess" I try and play it off with a laugh. I mean don't get me wrong i of course want they to know about us but I'm kinda scared. I am tired of hiding us but I'm just to scared for them to know.

We finish eating and pay then leave back to our home. We get back and pull inside of the driveway then go inside. I walk upstairs and into my room and get changed. I put on some clean and comfortable clothes then start getting ready for bed. As I get done I exit my bathroom and walk into my room going over to my bed but before I lay down I hear a knock on my door.

"Demitra" I hear my dad speak from the other side. I walk over and open the door to see both parents. I confusedly step aside to let them in. They walk in and sit on my bed my dad tapping the a empty spot on the bed telling me to sit. I walk over and sit in the middle of both of them. "Okay so.." my mom says looking at my dad. "Honey are you and Aliyah dating?" He says outta no where. I sit there with my heart rapidly beating fast not knowing what to say. "Hon it's okay if you are, we just wanna know the truth" My mom says with a gentle voice. "Wait you guys aren't gonna be mad?" I ask. "No of course not why would we be mad?" My father asks.

"I don't know just thought you guys would be" I say. "Is that why you didn't tell us?" They ask "kinda" I say. "Baby we don't care who you date. Just as long as your happy then we're happy for you" my mom says. "Yeah that's the happiest I've ever seen you. She bring out a side of you I've never seen, and that makes ME happy" my dad says with a big smile on his face. With a tear running down my face I hug each one of them one at a time. "Then yeah me and her are dating" I say. "That's great! Now she's actually another family member!" My dad says happily. I laugh at him and hug him one more time then the both get up. "Goodnight hon" they say. "Goodnight" I say back then they leave.
