LAST NIGHT, Isabella had reached Stars Hollow, she met some of the townsfolk and had a gut feeling that she did not fit in, She couldn't, they were all happy and way too energetic, while she was brooding. Isabella couldn't see herself warming up to these people, and she hated it.

Once she reached her father's home, she was greeted by her grandparents who looked very confused.

"Steve ma boy! Your kids here!" Her grandfather shouted, to which loud stomping was heard,

"Oh yeah, Isabella. Completely slipped out my mind to tell you guys, er- Lindsay kicked her out so she's staying here." Steve said, feeling the awkward tension as he grabbed Isabella's bags and led her to her room,

"So um, don't bother your grandparents or me that much and uh- don't mention your mother. My folks don't really like her, and neither do we i guess?"

"Yeah," Isabella nodded, taking it all in. She'd rather be anywhere but here right now, she'd rather be on the streets.

"And if your grandparents talk to you, just keep bringing up Harvard, sound alright?" Steve said, not keeping eye contact with Isabella, to which isabella nodded and began to unpack.

She went to sleep that night, feeling uneasy. Isabella wanted to go home, she didn't care that her mother would break her skull if she did, she just needed out of her father's home.

— next day !

Since it was a saturday, Isabella woke up at 9AM. She would usually go to her brothers room and wake him up so they could eat out for breakfast, but they hadn't done that in months. Instead, she changed into baggy jeans, a tight full sleeved shirt with a few buttons at the top. She grabbed her purse, and left the house using the key her father placed on her desk the night before.

As she walked outside, she had no idea where she was. She looked to her right and saw a man gardening outside his house and she walked up to him.

"Hey excuse me, do you know where i can find um- the- the diner?" Isabella said, unable to remember the name of the diner, the man looked up from where he was watering his very few plants and called inside to his wife,

"Babette! It's the girl from the poster!" The guy shouted, which made Isabella flinch before she asked confused,

"Poster? I think you've got it wrong, i'm new—"Before she could finish her sentence, a short middle aged blonde woman came out the door, and hurried down the steps of her home holding a poster.

The lady named babette gently placed her hands on Isabella's shoulders, observing her.

"She is as pretty as the poster says! Hi doll, i'm Babette!"
