Personality: Ann Marie is very stubborn and independent. She enjoys her alone time and doesn’t like socializing with new people. Though she isn’t necessarily an introvert, she’d rather not be at a party, wanting to stay at home most days. While she is often aloof and can be cynical, she holds a soft spot for those in her inner circle she chooses to interact with. She is often thought to be arrogant and a smartass for her sassy behavior, but oftentimes she can’t help her quick responses. She doesn’t like to be vulnerable, though when she is pushed to her limit, she will break down. She loves confrontation and isn’t scared to be brutally honest or fight someone, no matter who it is.

Backstory: Ann Marie grew up in a single parent household. Her mother died when she was young, so she lived with her father. He was a robotic engineer, though once Ann Marie was born he began working more from home. Ann saw a lot of his different projects and growing up wanted to be an engineer like her father. However, when she was around 13, she had a weird sense that the robots her father created were watching her. Eventually the father-daughter duo investigated and found out his work had been hacked by some unknown individual to creep on Ann. Her father shut down all his projects in his home and would continue his work in his office at the company he worked for. From then on, Ann had been creeped out by robots, being put off from going to hospitals, where a lot of new robots were being used to help with testing samples, such as blood, in a more efficient way. From this initial scare, Ann changed her career aspirations and soon started studying to be a private investigator. By the time she was 18 she found a job at some private company and was very successful in each mission.
