The fragile peace that Gemini and Fourth had managed to salvage after their explosive argument was short-lived. The weight of their decisions, the looming threats, and the cracks in their relationship continued to press down on them, suffocating any sense of normalcy they tried to grasp. The life they had built together felt increasingly precarious, balanced on the edge of a blade.

When Gemini proposed the next step in his plan—a break-in at one of Sathit's heavily guarded warehouses—Fourth knew it was more than just another job. It was personal. The warehouse, located on the outskirts of the city, was rumored to house a shipment of illegal arms that could shift the balance of power in Bangkok's underworld. For Gemini, it was another chance to hit Sathit where it hurt, to dismantle his empire piece by piece. But for Fourth, it was another step deeper into the darkness they were trying to outrun.

"Are you sure about this?" Fourth asked as they prepared in the dimly lit garage beneath the mansion. The sound of tools clinking against metal echoed through the space, mixing with the faint hum of the city outside.

Gemini didn't look up from where he was loading a bag with gear. "We need to do this, Fourth. If we can take this shipment, it'll cripple Sathit's operations. He won't be able to ignore us anymore."

Fourth frowned, his fingers tapping nervously against the edge of the table. "That's what worries me. What if we're pushing too hard? What if this is the one step too far?"

Gemini finally paused, turning to face him. The intensity in his eyes hadn't dimmed, but there was something else there now—a hint of vulnerability that he rarely let show. "I know it's dangerous. But every move we make brings us closer to taking him down. I need you with me on this, Fourth. We can't afford any hesitation."

Fourth sighed, running a hand through his hair. He wanted to argue, to tell Gemini that there were other ways, safer ways. But deep down, he knew that they were past the point of no return. Their lives had been intertwined with this madness from the beginning, and there was no way out except through.

"I'm with you," Fourth said finally, his voice firm despite the unease twisting in his gut. "Let's do this."

The plan was simple in theory, but like all of Gemini's schemes, it was fraught with risk. The warehouse was located in an industrial district on the outskirts of Bangkok, surrounded by a maze of narrow streets and alleyways that provided ample cover but also plenty of places for enemies to hide. The guards were seasoned professionals, not the usual thugs they were used to dealing with, and the security system was state-of-the-art. But Gemini had spent weeks studying every detail, every weakness. He was confident they could pull it off.

As night fell, they made their move. Dressed in black, faces hidden beneath masks, they slipped through the shadows like phantoms. The air was thick with tension, every sound amplified in the silence of the night. Fourth's heart pounded in his chest, but he forced himself to focus, to trust in the plan.

They approached the warehouse from the back, using the cover of darkness to avoid detection. Gemini moved with the ease of someone who had done this a hundred times, his movements smooth and precise. Fourth followed close behind, his eyes scanning their surroundings for any sign of trouble.

The first obstacle was the perimeter fence, lined with razor wire and monitored by security cameras. Gemini disabled the cameras with a few deft clicks on his tablet, and they scaled the fence quickly, landing silently on the other side. Fourth's pulse raced, but he kept his breathing steady, forcing himself to stay calm.

Inside the compound, they navigated a labyrinth of shipping containers and stacks of crates, each step bringing them closer to their target. The warehouse loomed ahead, its metal walls gleaming in the moonlight. They could hear the low murmur of voices from the guards patrolling the area, but Gemini's careful planning kept them out of sight.
