The days they spent on Koh Samui were fleeting, a brief respite from the chaos that had consumed their lives. But as much as Fourth wanted to believe in the promises they had made under the stars, reality crept back in with each passing hour. The moment they returned to Bangkok, it was as if the weight of their world had come crashing down again.

The city felt different this time—colder, more hostile. The vibrant energy that had once seemed so thrilling now felt suffocating. And with every passing day, Fourth could sense something shifting between them. Gemini's focus on Sathit had become sharper, more intense. It was as if their time away had only solidified his determination to see his revenge through to the bitter end.

But it wasn't just Gemini's obsession that gnawed at Fourth. It was the secrets. He could feel them lurking in the spaces between their words, in the silences that stretched too long. And then there was Prasit—a constant, looming presence in the back of Fourth's mind. The rival crime lord had sown seeds of doubt that Fourth couldn't ignore, no matter how hard he tried.

He wanted to believe that he and Gemini were stronger than this, that they could weather the storm together. But doubt had a way of creeping in, insidious and relentless. And it was that doubt that finally drove him to confront the truth.

It started with a phone call.

Fourth was alone in their mansion, the city's night sounds filtering through the open windows. Gemini had gone out to finalize plans for their next move against Sathit, leaving Fourth with too much time to think. He was staring at his phone, wondering whether he should reach out to Gemini, when the device buzzed in his hand.

It was an unknown number. But something in his gut told him to answer.

"Hello?"

"Fourth." The voice on the other end was low, smooth, and unmistakably Prasit's. "I'm glad you picked up."

Fourth's heart clenched. He hadn't spoken to Prasit since their encounter at the café, and he had hoped that silence would be the end of it. But now, hearing Prasit's voice, all those doubts came flooding back.

"What do you want?" Fourth's voice was tight, his mind already racing.

"I told you I'd be in touch, didn't I?" Prasit replied calmly. "And I think you'll want to hear what I have to say. It's about Gemini."

Fourth's grip tightened on the phone. "What about him?"

"Meet me. Tonight. I'll send you the location. This isn't something I can explain over the phone."

Every instinct screamed at Fourth to hang up, to ignore Prasit and the web of lies he was trying to spin. But curiosity—and fear—got the better of him.

"Fine," Fourth said after a long pause. "I'll be there."

The location Prasit sent was a high-rise overlooking the Chao Phraya River, a sleek building with tinted windows that reflected the city lights. Fourth arrived just after midnight, slipping inside with the ease of someone who had spent far too long navigating the shadows of Bangkok.

Prasit was waiting for him in a penthouse suite, lounging on a leather couch with a drink in hand. The room was opulent, filled with expensive art and plush furnishings, but it felt empty, cold.

"Fourth," Prasit greeted him with a smile that didn't reach his eyes. "I'm glad you came."

"Get to the point," Fourth said, crossing his arms as he remained standing, refusing to be drawn into Prasit's game.

Prasit's smile widened as he set down his drink and gestured to a nearby chair. "Always so direct. But fine, if that's how you want it." He leaned forward, his expression turning serious. "Gemini has been lying to you."
