Chapter 31

(Two hours later)

Roxanne and Foxy walked back to Rockstar Row with their four puppies. The love couple saw that the green alligator had broken out of his room again and was arguing loudly with the purple rabbit.

"You're a damn copycat bassist! I shouldn't have taught you how to play a bass guitar back then! You're a cruel guy!" Bonnie snapped at Monty. His long rabbit ears were flattened angrily.

"What!? I'm not a copycat bassist, I'm a better bassist in the band than you, you stupid hopping rabbit! You didn't teach me anything back then! I learned how to play a bass guitar on my own! Loser!" Monty snapped back at Bonnie, clenching his hands into angry fists.

The five security bots tried to push Monty back into his room. The gator lashed out with his reinforced claws and smashed the head of one of the bots. Then the gator wanted to punch the rabbit with a growl, but the rabbit cleverly avoided Monty's fist.

"How often should we repair your door, Monty? It's getting expensive and money doesn't grow on trees!" one of the security bots said to the alligator and made an angry beep.

Roxy pressed her four anxiously whining puppies closer to her chest. Foxy stood close to his beloved Roxanne with his ears flattened and looked to the alligator. Monty looked in the direction of the love couple. "The scum! Give me the puppies, I have to kill them!" said the gator growling and stomping towards the love couple. The puppies whined louder in fear and felt their mother's heart beating in panic.

Foxy jumped forward, growling, and pushed Monty away, scratching him on the snout with his hook. "Leave Roxy and the puppies alone or you'll feel my hook again!" shouted the pirate fox threateningly with his hook raised.

The alligator let out a loud roar and wanted to attack the pirate fox again. But again Foxy managed to fight off Monty with ease, pushing him away and giving him a punch on the snout. Monty's alligator tail whipped back and forth angrily. "That can't be true! It can't be true that you're now on par with my strength!" Monty shouted, baring his teeth.

Foxy smiled. "It's true, lizard!"

Bonnie was impressed that Foxy suddenly had incredible strength. Exactly the same strength as Monty.

Monty blinked and held his alligator snout for a moment and then shook his head. "Why...why are you suddenly as strong as me, you mangy fox?" he adjusted his sunglasses. "You...you got the strength update didn't you?"

"Yes! The strength update is great! Now I can better protect Roxy and the puppies from your attacks!" Foxy said. "Now go back in your room and leave us alone, stupid lizard!"

"No! No! Who gave you this update?!" Monty shouted loudly in anger. The alligator tried to attack again but Foxy pushed him away and gave him a painful scratch on his left arm with his hook.

Bonnie grinned.

Roxanne felt very safe in Foxy's strong closeness and stroked her whining puppies. "Your brave father protect us, my sweet little ones." She whispered to the puppies.

Then Gregory entered Rockstar Row and was shocked when he saw Monty. The alligator growled. "Was it him?" he asked, grabbed Gregory's arm and the boy yelped at Monty's firm grip. "Was he the one who gave you the strength update, Foxy? Do you want me to tear him to pieces here and now?"

Bonnie let out a shocked scream and covered his mouth with both hands. "Let him go!" said the rabbit then. Monty growled, still grabbed Gregory's arm firmly.

Roxy was startled. "Monty stop it! Let go of Gregory now!" She said to the green gator. The puppies whimpered.

Foxy narrowed his eyes and waved his hook in the air threateningly. "Greg is a good friend and I won't let you hurt my little sailor!" he said growling.
