Part - 5 : What a morning!

Time - 11: 45 a.m.

Location - Gusu.

Lan Wangji and his beloved had just returned from a village where they went to exorcist a ghost.

They were successful in their work. And, returned quite happily.

Not knowing what surprise they will be facing.

Wei Wuxian, "Doesn't your clan seem a little too much of a healthy wealthy happy today, darling?"

Lan Zhan, "Mn."

It did rather looked cheerful than all the other boring days.

(Wei Wuxian is not pregnant yet.)

"What do you think has happened?"

"I don't know."

"What do you think might have occurred?"

"Same question."

"Aiyah! Lan Zhan. Don't be so boring. Let's go and play with the bunnies."

"Mn."

As they finished talking and turned around. Both of them could see that Lan Qiren was standing behind them.

"So. You two have returned."

Lan Wangji nods to his uncle.

"We have some goods news."

"Yes?" Wei Ying asks.

"Xichen is out of seclusi-"

Before he could even finish his sentence Wei Wuxian jumps due to excessive amount of happiness, "Lan  Zhan you are finally free. We are finally free from all this boring torment."

"Mn. But Wei Ying you should behave."

"Should I ?" Wei Wuxian pouts and his bubbly expression takes up a space in his husband's heart.

Lan Wangji squeezes his beloved's cheeks. "Mn."

Lan Qiren wants to shouts but now he has because used to this so....

"Grandmaster Lan, When did Zewu-zun came out of seclusion?"

"Mn?" Lan Wangji asking the same.

"Last night." Lan Qiren sighs tiredly.

"At night? What time?"  Wei Wuxian asks excitedly.

"Mn?" Lan Wangji also asks.

"Around 9, I think."

The couple didn't say anything but Wei Wuxian thought, "What a morning! I'm really hearing that Zewu-zun came out of seclusion past their sleeping time."

"Lan Zhan isn't this interesting?"

His husband didn't reply but Wei Wuxian now was a master at reading Lan Wangji. So, he knew he thought the same but a little concerned as well.

"Now, you two should go and see him. And also Sect Leader Jiang came to visit yesterday and is still here." Lan Qiren said in his normal calm voice.

"Jiang Cheng?"

"Mn?"

"Yes."

Location (room) - Hanshi.

Time - 11: 55 a.m.

Lan Xichen stands in his room that he hadn't entered in for almost a year. It seemed his room was cleaned regularly by the maids. Though, looking closely it felt like that everything was still in the same position he last saw it in or maybe he was just always so tidy even before going in seclusion.
