Isn't it weird? (Hank Mccoy)

(This story takes place in the X-men Movie where Hank isn't beast yet and he just has the feet mutation )

Fluff

It was no secret that Hank was insecure about his feet. He could obviously cover them when he wore his shoes or socks but of course when people would see them they would voice their disgust or just  their negative comments making him anxious and embarrassed about them since he was born.

But you didn't care. Not one bit.
You and Hank have been dating for 1 year by now and you two would often be seen together in the lab. Hank would be doing his experiments and projects and you would simply watch and help him with what you could.

It was silent not many words being spoken but you two were comforted just by being near each other in the same room when all of a sudden Hank broke the silence with a question he has asked many times already.

"Isn't it weird?" He asked looking at you when he asked the simple question.

"No it isn't Hank" you quickly replied looking into his soft blue eyes seeing the anxiousness in them    
You knew that his feet were his insecurity and you always comforted him no matter what

You moved infront of him and put your hands on his cheeks making him look into your (e/c) eyes 

"Hank listen to me. I don't care about your feet. I'm not disgusted by them. They don't bother me. They are not weird to me. I love you for every inch and bit of you okay? I love your hair,your,eyes,every single part of you. I don't care about your feet okay honey?" You spoke to him reassuringly as you lightly scratched the back of his head with the tips of your fingers keeping eye context with him.

He simply smiled and placed his hands on your waist pulling you into a sweet and soft kiss you wrapped your arms around his neck and pushed yourself into the kiss more. His lips tasted like oranges,the ones he ate earlier for lunch.

He pulled away slowly and looked  back into your eyes softly and spoke.

"Thank you darling I needed to hear that..I-i know I could all the question a lot I just need reassurance sometimes..." he spoke lightly rubbing his thumbs on your hips.

"It's okay sweetie I'll give you all the reassurance you want or desire okay" you replied sweetly kissing his cheek after.
