Viren and Jai decide to speak with Daivik about his engagement and future plans. Viren had informed Jai about what had happened over the call. While Viren was happy that Dev and Shubhi were getting engaged, Shubhi's father's words remained at the top of his mind. Jai came to Darsh's house where the preparations were taking place. He walked into the living room where he saw Darsh, Daivik and Dheemant lazing around. There is a huge table in the room that has all sorts of fruits and sweets packaged in baskets.
Jai: (looking around) So, congratulations are in order I believe...
Darsh: (pointing to Daivik) Yes, this irritating fellow is getting engaged
Daivik: (irritated) Really what is irritating about me?
Darsh: Bro, you are too uptight. Has anyone seen you smile? As in ever?
Daivik: What is there to smile? She still hates me, even when she agreed to the engagement, it felt as if she was swallowing a bitter pill...
Darsh: Right now, you are a bitter pill. So, her reaction is normal. Any other groom would be excited, dancing, planning gifts....planning dancing of a different kind (winking)
Dheemant: This groom is colder than ice I would say. Even I was more excited about my wedding!
Daivik: This is not a marriage but an engagement, and that too under duress!
Jai: (cocking an eyebrow) Is she in duress or are you under duress?
Daivik: How can I be happy when she is under duress?
Jai: So, do her emotions and her happiness affect you?
Darsh: This is getting interesting! I never knew there was a romantic atom or molecule in this fellow!
Dheemant: Atom or molecule?
Darsh: Chemistry! Romantic chemistry!
Daivik, Dheemant and Jai facepalm not knowing whether to laugh or cry.
Jai: (looking around in the living area and not wanting to get into the brothers' discussion) We need someone above the age of 5 here. Where is Viren?
Dheemant: He is in the adjacent room with Nitya and Anita overlooking the arrangements to be made for the engagement
Jai: Let's call them here,
Darsh: Especially now that the food has arrived, let's get the party started (pointing to the food on the smaller table that the staff just kept)
Dheemant: Anita loves these samosas-- Sampat bhaiya sent the cook here, especially for her
Jai- Wow the staff loves her
Darsh- (laughing) Sampat bhaiya is in love with Anita!
Viren- (walking into the room to fetch something) What? Who? Who is in love with Anita?
Jai- Someone sent the cook here to make her favourite samosas
Viren- Yeah, I told Sampat bhaiya to send him here, without this incentive she would never spend hours for this preparation.
Dheemant- And we would lose her to the other side, she is Shubhi's close friend
Jai- Yeah Aditi went there with the kids, to Shubhi's house, and I came this way
Darsh: She is helping with the preparation from Shubhi's side!
Jai: Don't make it sound like an enemy camp!
Viren: Dits knew you were useless for the preparations and sent you here!
Jai: (pointing to Darsh, Dheemant and Daivik) Just like your brothers! What are these three idiots doing?
