Chapter 9:- Looking For House!!!!

The next day, Ahaan was sitting at the dining table for breakfast all alone. Just then, Ragini came in.

"Good morning," said Ragini with a bright smile.

"Good morning," replied Ahaan with a smile.

"Uncle is nowhere to be seen," questioned Ragini.

"Yeah, actually he has gone to Bua; she isn't well, and he will return in a few days. Today you and I are off, as we are going to see a house for you," replied Ahaan while having an apple.

They both had breakfast together, and after a while, they got ready and went to look for a good house for Ragini. As they were searching for a house, no one was willing to rent to a bachelor; they all wanted to rent to someone with a family. Ragini and Ahaan faced problems in searching for a good house that met Ragini's requirements.

Meanwhile, in the office:

"Good morning, everyone," Laksh said with a bright smile while entering Ahaan's company.

"Good morning, sir," replied Neha, one of the employees.

"Hey, is Ahaan here?" questioned Laksh, his expression indicating that he was hoping for a negative response.

"Sir Ahaan, sir is not here today. If you have an important message, please tell me; I will inform sir," said Neha with a smile.

"No problem, I will talk it to Ahaan later," said Laksh with a smile.

"Now I can spend time with Ragini. Ahaan is always around Ragini, and he doesn't allow me to come near her. But today, this rock is not within us," said Laksh with a smirk in his mind.

"Neha!" Laksh shouted from the back.

"Yes, sir," Neha replied.

"Can I meet Ragini?" said Laksh with a smile.

"Sir, actually, Ragini is also on leave today," said Neha and left from there.

"Ahaan and Ragini together on a holiday? What is going on, and what is happening between them?" thought Laksh.

Meanwhile, Ragini and Ahaan were still busy.

"I think we won't be able to find a good house today as well," said Ragini, disappointed.

"I also think the same thing. Let's go to a café for coffee," said Ahaan, changing the topic.

"Hmmm," Ragini replied.

They both were entering the café when Ragini bumped into someone and was about to fall, but Ahaan caught her just in time.

Ragini and Ahaan were very close to each other; their lips were inches apart, and they were sharing a cute eye contact. Just then, in the background, the song "Do Dil Mil Rahe Hai" played again. While the song played, Ragini and Ahaan broke the eye contact and looked at each other awkwardly.

"How the hell does this song play every time?" Ahaan spoke out again, starting to look at the source of the voice.

( I think Ahaan is going to be in love with the song more than Ragini.)

Ragini was looking at him weirdly, thinking about what he is searching for. Ahaan was looking at the floor as if something had fallen and he was trying to find it. While doing so, Ahaan saw someone speaking on the phone.

"Excuse me, sir," said Ahaan.

"Yes?" the person replied.

"Have you heard the song playing right now?" Ahaan asked with a frown.

"Yeah, it was my ringtone. Actually, my wife and I love this song, so I have it as my ringtone," said the person with a smile.

"Wow, why do I only find people who like this song, and how does it play at that time only?" Ahaan said sarcastically to himself, while Ragini was still looking at him weirdly.

"Sir, what happened? What are you looking for?" asked Ragini, confused.

"Nothing, let's go inside," said Ahaan, trying to change the topic.

They both entered the café, and the waiter came towards them.

"What would you like to have, sir and ma'am?" the waiter asked them.

"Cappuccino," said Ahaan and Ragini together. They both sighed together, and there was again an awkwardness.

The waiter left, and they started to talk about some random topics. After some time, the waiter came with their coffee. The coffee mugs were close to each other, and as Ragini and Ahaan were picking up the cups, their fingers brushed again. Their eyes met again, and they shared an eye lock. As they were sharing a moment, someone was angrily looking at her from outside.

"How can she be so happy? Isn't that her boss, who Laksh said she is having an affair with? Why does she get what all she wants?" said the person outside.

"Swara, what are you doing here? Let's go," said a boy coming from behind.

"Sanskar, look," said Swara, showing him inside the café.

"See, Swara, if Ragini isn't in contact with you, then why do you want to know what is going on in her life? Just leave her alone and let her do what she wants," said Sanskar, talking to her.

Meanwhile, Ahaan, who was sipping his coffee, was lost in his thoughts.

"How can this be possible? Ragini and I are close to each other. These romantic songs playing in the area around us can't be a coincidence. But it can be... Leave it, Ahaan. Why are you making this topic more complicated? Just leave it," thought Ahaan in his mind.

On the other hand, Ragini was also thinking about something.

"Ahaan is good, but sometimes he behaves really oddly. I just don't know what he is looking for. He looks weird, but then again, he is so punctual. There must be some reason for his punctuality," thought Ragini in her mind.
