"What do I look like?" You asked Annie, feeling the nervous shocks running through your body for tonight's party. Annie was putting on light makeup when she turned her head to check your outfit.

"You ask me every time. And every time I tell you the same thing. It's very good. You stress too much. I see you shaking." She teased you slightly when her head turned to the mirror she was using.

You didn't realize that you had those nervous chills that you have from time to time. You didn't have a ring around your finger to fiddle with.

Trembling was just a natural reaction.
