21~ Who Would Want The Girl Who Killed Her Mother?

"Oh, welcome home, (Y/N)!" Shigure says, but (Y/N) ignores him.

(Y/N) wasn't informed until an hour ago that Rin was at Shigure's house. Rin passed out and was being kept there. (Y/N) was visiting Akito when she had been informed, and she ran out as fast as her little legs could.

"Where is Rin?!" (Y/N) asks, breathing heavily in a panic.

"Now, now, calm your little mind. Rin is upstairs, you can see her but she is in quite the mood. She won't speak or eat anything we have given her." Shigure says, placing a hand on her shoulder.

Just then, Yuki walks into the hall to see (Y/N), "Go talk to her, maybe she will listen. You tend to have a way with people, (Y/N)."

(Y/N) nods frantically as if her life depended on it. She has recently begun to admire Rin after she saved her from Akito.

"Hatori is upstairs right now with her, so you may want to wait-"

"No! I want to see her now!" (Y/N) says and sprints upstairs.

"What a caring girl." Shigure mumbles.

(Y/N) sprints upstairs into the room she shares with Tohru, and she sees Rin trying to jump out of the window and Hatori trying to hold her back. 

"Rin! Wait!" (Y/N) says and runs towards her, hugging her tightly around the waist.

"Get off of-!" Rin turns around, about ready to hurt the person in contact with her, before realizing it's (Y/N). "(Y/N), let go."

"No! Stop it, please...!" (Y/N) says desperately. "I ran from the estate to here just to see you. Please stay..." 

"Why?"

"Wha...What do you mean why? You saved me! And you're very kind! I would hate it if something bad happened to you...And I was so excited to see you again as well!"

As (Y/N) speaks, Hatori takes a couple of steps back, his expression softening as he sees the effect (Y/N) has on Rin. It's not just Rin, she has this effect on everyone, and it makes the doctor smile.

"Rin, how did you end up here in the first place?" (Y/N) asks.

Rin groans and pushes (Y/N) away, "None of your business." 

"Isuzu..." Hatori mumbles with a warning tone.

"I just...fell asleep here. So drop it." She says.

"There is no way that's the case. You're in pajamas and according to everyone else, you aren't eating. And, I know you too well. You don't just fall asleep, you're too tough for that. Something must have happened!" The (E/C) girl rants.

"Whatever." 

(Y/N) gives Rin a look of concern and suddenly hugs her. "I'm sorry you're going through so much...I-I promise I will try to be there for you as much as I can!"

"It feels like...Something is changing." Hatsuharu says to Rin, his back turned.

"What do you mean?"

"Like...My bond is slowly loosening..."

"You feel it too?" Rin asks in surprise. 

"I do, and it's been like this since (Y/N) has been free. Everyone seems happier with her around, like she is the cure to everyone's sadness. She's kind" Hatsuharu says.

'Oh Haru, you're kind too. Too kind. I feel bad for kind people.' Rin thinks to herself.

"I think if anyone was to try and break the curse, then (Y/N) is the key to it all," Hatsuharu says.
