This week it was back to competition again. Last week we had the ALDC showcase. Cesar had called me after telling me about how the industry works and things like that. He just wanted my family to know just in case I did get casted in something.

I really want to be an actress someday.

I had my acting class tomorrow and I was getting pretty good at it. I love dancing, but it might not last forever. 

When I got to the studio I had a few classes before pyramid. 

Abby finally called us in for pyramid after my last class. 

"I want to talk about this upcoming weekend. It's regionals. Everybody knows how important that is. We are going to StarPower. You know that's one of the toughest competitions out there." she says as she turned the board around.

I hope we qualify for Nationals, because I love winning at Nationals and getting a tiara.

┊This week is make or break for Nationals. We've worked for months to get to this point, right now. -Abby Lee Miller ┊

"This is what's going to happen for this next weekend. Maddie, new solo. Avalon, new solo. Brooke, new solo. Chloe, new solo. And we also have a duet with Maddie and Avalon. Now, the age categories are a little different, so we want to make sure that your dance is about you, a dancer now, not the beginning of the season." she said. 

I wonder what she meant by 'the age categories are a little different'.

"We are doing a new group routine this weekend and everybody is in it, the entire cast. It is called 'Where Have All the Children Gone'." Abby says. The title seems creepy and I love creepy numbers.

"This is a routine about children who go missing. You've all seen the children's faces on the milk cartons. It's contemporary, it's mature, and it's very dark. You have to be great actresses to pull it off. And they are all in white, like they're angels." she says to us. 

This number is going to be so fun. 

"Moms, I'm going to go ahead and dismiss you. We have lots of work to do." Miss Abby tells our mothers. We then started stretching and choreographing.

FIVE DAYS TO COMPETITION

The routine is very scary but it is so cool. I love the routines where we tell messages in them. Brooke has most of the featured parts, but I do get to show off a leg hold turn. 

Kenzie and Vivi are in the back watching with Abby because all they have to do is sit on a swing set. 

We all end up dying one at a time throughout the dance.

Nia dies first by choking herself.

Then Paige dies by jumping off the stage

Chloe dies next by stabbing herself.

Maddie dies next by slitting her wrists while Kenzie and Vivi run off stage. 

I die by fainting, I guess... I start turning and then as the turn ends, I fall and die. I stay on stage until Chloe comes and drags me off. 

Then Brooke runs off stage. 

I loved this dance and I think it will defiantly get us into Nationals.
