It's happening again

Reader's PoV:

As I set at Farah's desk, I pick up the small brass coin again turning it over in-between my fingers, looking at the fine details, there was something bigger going on here, my gut was telling me, and I have learnt to trust my gut over the years while working for the FBI, I also couldn't help wondering if this was somehow linked to someone changing and blocking Farah's memory's, my first thought was Rosalind Hale may be responsible to what happened to Farah's memory, because unfortunately Farah wasn't the only powerful mind fairy, Rosalind was one hell of a powerful fairy back when she was alive and more powerful and stronger then Farah, though in that last year before I left that balance of power and strength was shifting towards Farah and myself, we were becoming very powerful with each passing day, some of the other students use to say we were unstoppable, I guess Rosalind Hale found a way to stop us.

Suddenly I get a worrying thought, what if it wasn't just Farah's memories that were tampered with? then I remember Rosalind always kept a diary, she had for years, I needed to try and get a hold of those diaries, they just might have some of the answers I'm looking for.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by Farah placing a gentle hand on my shoulder, I look up at her and saw concern written all over her face.

"We are getting off track," I tell Farah as I come up with an idea to find out about Rosalind's diaries without causing too much suspicion, I needed to ask Farah without asking Farah out right if she knew where Rosalind's diaries were as it would make sense that she might know where Rosalind's diaries are, since she took over after Rosalind was killed.

"Your right we have gotten a little off track, but can you blame us? With everything that has happened?" Queen Luna said with tension in her voice.

"Then it's time to get things back on track, Farah do you remember the blackboard Rosalind had?" I asked Farah knowing full well she did indeed remember the blackboard Rosalind use to have in this very office when it use to be hers.

"Yes of course I remember it, it's locked up in the east wing," Farah informed me.

"Good we are going to need it, what else of Rosalind's do you have locked up in the east wing?" I ask Farah receiving a look from Queen Luna.

"Why are you so interested in Rosalind all of a sudden?" Queen Luna asked me, I glance at Farah hoping she realises what I'm trying to do, if she doesn't, I will explain it to her later.

"I was thinking that during the war, Rosalind was away a-lot and was wondering if she might have come across this coin or symbol before, and if she had she may had written about it in a document or letter," I tell Queen Luna, thinking I might find some kind of evidence that she was responsible for Farah's forgotten memories.

"If Rosalind did so happen to know about the symbol or coin, she would have told me," Queen Luna barked at me, yes she was definitely hiding something and I was going to find out what exactly she was hiding.

"Not necessarily, you were a student the same time we were, Rosalind would have served your mother at that time and not you," I remind Queen Luna.

"I'm aware of that fact, what I meant after I became Queen, Rosalind would have told me," Queen Luna challenges me.

"Again not necessarily, we all know that Rosalind had many secrets and kept so much from us, do you really believe that she would have just opened up and told you everything the moment you became Queen?" I asked Queen Luna not trying to be disrespectful in anyway, Luna seems to consider my words carefully.

Before Queen Luna had a chance to answer my question, my laptop started to ring letting me know that I had an incoming video call, saved by the bell I think to myself, as I tap on the answer button.
