"Headmage, I must speak with you!"
Crowley stopped walking and looked to see the housewarden of Heartslabyul, Riddle Rosehearts, stomping towards him.

"Hello, Mister Rosehearts. What can I-"
"Tell me this is a joke, please!" Riddle angrily interrupted while holding a letter up to Crowley's face "Not only are you allowing those two criminals to attend our school, but you also made one of them a housewarden!?"
"I assure you that I would never joke about something like this." Crowley said "Furthermore, those two are not criminals in THIS world, technically speaking."

And you should know by now that when the Dark Mirror selects new students, it views not only their magical abilities, but also the shape of their souls. I believe Kaitou Joker was selected by the Dark Mirror for a very significant purpose-one that has the potential to improve our school. This is my final say on the matter; do I make myself clear?"
"...Yes, Headmage." Riddle said while angrily clenching his fist.
"Great! Glad it's been settled!" Crowley said, changing back to his happy and peppy personality before heading down the stairs "Now if you'll excuse me, I have other business to attend to..."
